It was one of the worst dinners I've ever had. I ordered a doner for their "1+1" promotion, expecting to receive two, but they only brought one. I contacted the support team and they responded after 50 minutes, but did not offer any help or solution. No apologies, no replacements, nothing.
On top of that, the restaurant itself is a disaster. The waiters are incredibly slow, as if they are deliberately stalling, and the interior is simply terrible. It is dull, outdated and completely depressingly dull. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money by going to a place where they really care about quality and customer service.

There is a cashier who walks around with an eternally dissatisfied look, I wanted to pick up the order, but she looked at me with displeasure, and told me to say the code otherwise she would not give the order.
I remember it and it makes me laugh.

Персонал молодой. Не опытный, но старательный. Атмосфера хорошая. Еда готовится относительно не долго. Но вкусно. Заказывали лимонад. Вкусный. Есть детская игровая, маленькая. Детям до 5 лет будет интересно.
