I visited this center many years ago, when everything looked outdated, but I hoped that something would improve over time. Alas, the hopes were not fulfilled. Admission is 20 rubles, but for what? Most of the rides inside are paid, and it's unclear what they charge for at the entrance. The children's area for kids up to 4 years old is just a formality. There's nothing to play with: two pools with balls and a carousel. Oh, two more Soviet rocking horses. The carousels are shabby, rewound with tape, it feels like everything is being kept on an honest word. Security raises questions. The receptionists at the entrance communicate as if you didn't come with a child, but to bargain at the market. No friendliness or professionalism. I won't go there anymore and I won't recommend it to anyone. The center clearly needs a major upgrade and revision of the approach to clients.

First, the conditions. in the children's zone up to 4 years old, not children with parents, but children 8-10 years old, who either have no brains, or the staff, who are not particularly developed, did not explain to them that the zone for children under 4 is up to 4. (by the way, my brother was almost trampled, thank you) okay, visitors the employees themselves do not see this as a problem, especially when they do not pay attention to the hall at all, immersed in their own affairs. of course, the matter does not end with their unemployment, in the "children's" center itself there is dust and dirt everywhere, where small children are allowed. Say, "If you're not ready to tolerate dust and dirt, don't go." this is a place for children, otherwise why was I kicked off the children's trampolines or playgrounds? Yes, and that's the next point – attitude. I am an "adult", but still a child, I walk as an escort with a small child, and yes, I can do absolutely nothing there. (we were going to pay almost 30 rubles, we are really adequate and did not want me to go through as an adult) of course, I probably would not be outraged if there was not a guy a couple of years older than me at some holiday (when you pay for a holiday in this center, the number of people is important there, not age). he literally broke the whole park with a bang, at the moment when I jumped for a couple of seconds on a trampoline with a baby who is not yet able to do it himself (make a 1.5-year-old child jump on a trampoline). in front of me was a father with a girl who got in there with her, and while she was jumping, he literally sat in the corner of the trampoline and stretched the springs of the trampoline. in 2024, I was 14, I went to my relatives for my birthday (P.S. they paid for me like a child, really, I grew up in a year), and they didn't say a word to me like "adults don't jump, he can't stand it," they would have clarified that they only jump paid people, not scoundrels. Are the workers so disadvantaged that they don't have enough money, or what? Or did they have to give me money for free so that they wouldn't send me away with a glance? to spoil the mood in the "entertainment" park, you need to have enough brains. okay, let's say the park is exclusively for children, then expel all "non-children" in the age category from 11-18, I wonder if there will be such crowds of "paid"? and thirdly, the condition of the park. please correspond to children's parks, and not dirt, crumbs, puddles, torn foam cubes (small children pull everything into their mouths, do you think everything will be all right for a child after such a blow of germs called "ocean children's entertainment center"), dust and someone's snot on balloons, wobbly slides crumbling toys and finally concrete columns wrapped in some kind of tape. Yes, that's exactly how the park thinks that children under the age of 4 won't bang their heads, legs, arms, and everything else against these pillars. nothing works in the park, everything turns on through no one knows what, and the most interesting thing does not turn on at all. in the first 5 minutes we found a working boat to ride and that's it. nothing works, everything that is adequate has gone bad. the redesigned park is 'for the better', not better at all. something's broken – there's duct tape, it's a children's park, we'd rather deprive childhood than repair, right. If you get close to something that's broken, you'd better step back or you'll pay. Among the advantages today, I liked the fact that an entertainment program was organized for children at 15.00 with the participation of a Snowman, Baba Yaga, Snow Maiden and Santa Claus. The children played outdoor games, solved riddles, danced around the Christmas tree (and before that it was traditionally lit). The production of a New Year's card by children was also organized, and then it all ended with a children's disco. The animators did well - they gave their best. Special thanks for that!

It is forbidden to place an order in the game area, but it is necessary to make a remark to the staff not in the presence of customers, I could take them to the bar and make a remark there.
