I have been ordering bouquets from this store for two years, always fresh flowers, excellent decoration, fast delivery, a postcard will be signed, the order was accepted quickly, they answered politely, BUT!!! Something has suddenly changed, the last three bouquets are terrible, either the staff has changed, or another reason, the flowers don't last long, the bouquet stood for one day and all withered, the design is lame, to put it mildly, I throw off a sample from their own store - they do it just terribly, and yesterday was Mother's Day, I wrote in the evening for the day Im, silence! Before lunch the next day, the order was placed with pauses and the bouquet was delivered at 23:20 Of course, Mom was very "glad" that when all the people were asleep, they suddenly decided to congratulate her on the holiday that was almost over! The service is TERRIBLE!
