I am very disappointed with this online store. Firstly, they work only on prepayment. Secondly, one of the magazine's attachments was missing, since the bottom of the magazine was torn, to which it was said that the products could not be returned and exchanged! They did not check if everything was in place, they take money in advance and are not able to do their job well. I do not recommend this online store. In case of problems, you will simply be thrown!!!My pans were lost and not returned!

Terrible online store, terrible attitude to customers. Having placed an order on August 20, 2020, it was sent out of the prescribed 7 days, and moreover to another address and even another area... The money has not been returned so far, and already on October 6, 2020, when you call to find out what the reason is, they answer that they will clarify and call back, well, of course no one calls back either on the day of the call or on another day, come again to call back yourself. And there is no specific answer anyway. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!
