Promises don't match reality!
1) They pile up the service! They promise on the phone that a consultant will come and you don't need to sign anything. But as a result, the manager persistently does not leave the apartment until you agree to sign the contract.
2) The prices are atomic! First, they offer you a window for the price of the entire balcony with decoration, then they start to sort of remove the price. To be left alone, you have to agree! As a result, the frame, which costs a maximum of 600 rubles. with installation (according to the installers) goes out at 850!
3) No one even helped to take out and dispose of the old windows! I dragged it to the trash myself.
4) They left all the garbage on the balcony. I spent an hour cleaning up after the installers.
5) The manager promised a lot when signing the contract: that the installers would also look at and fix other windows that the previous owner had installed. Eliminate cracks, replace rubber bands, etc. I was willing to pay extra for it. And this condition was very important to me! However, the answer to these requests killed the installers: "He will promise you more than that, as long as the money is paid." Accordingly, as you know, I did not receive any of the promised. Where can I find people for such a small job now? And pay again! And even for a challenge - now it costs at least 30 rubles!
You can draw conclusions. The only plus: this arrival on the agreed day, when it was convenient for me, was delivered half a day in advance. But this is natural for such an organization, I hope.
6) Constant strange calls from the manager in one ring after the work is done. It feels like it saves money when calling another operator!
