The staff is polite, but... The quality: the windows are 2 years old, so far it's fine, the sliding balcony frames are still fine, but there are minor untidiness and imperfections in the work, as with the window sills Waiting time: they promised about a month, then they started rushing, faster, they called once in a few days, on Friday afternoon, and said a team of installers was coming to you on Monday, I refused, they called back a few days later and agreed. Apparently, people refuse because of the inflated prices. But we had no options, as we needed a roof on the balcony and about a dozen companies refused.
