Good optics, convenient location, friendly staff (special thanks to the responsive administrators). I signed up for an annual diagnosis with Dr. Almaus. I received competent advice and the right recipe. I ordered glasses on the spot, and a couple of days later I received them at the Nesvizh post office. Eye-friendly, comfortable and beautiful. They are not looking for good from the good, if necessary, I know where to turn for eye health issues

We were at a reception with our little son on 03/29. The receptionist is a wonderful girl, she made an appointment with us in advance and helped us in every possible way before the reception. You can always make an appointment at a convenient time. The quality of service left a twofold feeling. The first time we visited a doctor's girlfriend, everything went well. The second time we were with a male doctor. In one eye, the pupil did not dilate, so the examination was not carried out. They offered to dig and come again, but they took the money as for a full examination.

I was unpleasantly surprised by the inability of an experienced ophthalmologist to give a clear conclusion on the result of an examination with a fundus lens. There was no offer to at least partially refund the money. A few days later, laser coagulation was successfully performed in GKB No. 3.

Terrible unsanitary conditions. A doctor in even visually dirty gloves examines your eye. The smell in the office is as if some kind of animal had an accident. The doctor made the wrong diagnosis. I came in with the usual conjunctivitis, and I was diagnosed with keratitis and corneal damage. The treatment was therefore also incorrect. When asked about the causes and consequences, the doctor answered something like "no one knows what will happen tomorrow, suddenly a brick will fall, drip droplets and everything will be OK"
