We lived in this residential complex, it used to be better. KSK was launched, everything became dirty and unkempt. But recently, the KSK seems to have changed, everything seems to be in order! The location is very good, although not far from the Mega Silkway area and the new train station. Even Khan Shatyr shopping center can be reached quickly, there are also many locations on the right bank where you can quickly get there. I was satisfied with the prices in the shops, there are several good vegetable shops, and generally the prices are lower, but there is often a queue. There is no store in the house itself, which is a disadvantage. But there is a kindergarten. And there is another plus, parking. There is always a place to put the car!
