We needed business cards for a company, and it was a large order. Since Olprint wasn't answering our phone calls, we went to the office. A woman walked in, ignored the waiting customers, and went off to get coffee until we called her. We eventually agreed to email the order information, which we did. There has been no response for over three days, and they're not answering our phone calls. Totally disappointed(

I've typed them twice. First time painting on canvas. Everything was fine. The second time I ordered a painting on paper. What caused the negative experience: 1. The girl at the reception could not explain (did not bother to ask the printing department) what quality of paper they provide. She used a translator to talk to me, so it's not about the language barrier. 2. They promised to print one sheet of paper in 5-6 days, but they couldn't do it, they were late, they didn't explain anything, and somehow they announced their readiness after 11 days. 3. When I came to pick up the order, it turned out that the white fields that I had specially prepared had been cut off. (they were included in the dimension I paid for). As a result, I asked for the money (they gave it back), since I don't have another 2 weeks to wait for the order. In general, you may get lucky and everything will work out. Or you can waste your time, money and reputation if you have prepared an order for someone else. Unreliable service.

The manager is very polite. Printing is inexpensive. There is a store with stationery and literature, including in Russian. The computer does not read all flash drives, but you can send a document by email.
