Good afternoon! I am sharing my impressions about the bus tour to Georgia from OlanTur. I should immediately note that our group was small, 14 people, which provided additional comfort along the way (bus reserved seat). Anna accompanied us, the bus was Austrian. In short, I've heard and read reviews that the stops were in an open field, the drivers were bad, and everything like that. We didn't have that! I think there's just a category of people who you can't please forever. I described my impressions in more detail below. Let's start with the road from Minsk. On the way to Voronezh, we had sanitary stops in free toilets and one stop for hot meals every 3.5-4 hours. We ate at the cafe "Spoon for mom" (the price is high, the portions are small). We arrived in Voronezh at about 17-18 o'clock and in the evening it was time to walk around the city. Transit hotel. You can spend the night, but you shouldn't expect a lot of glamour. There was mold in the shower, which is standard for this level of hotels, unfortunately. The bed is comfortable, the bed and towels are clean. It was possible to have dinner at the hotel itself for a pleasant price. The breakfast was good and satisfying, and there were no questions about it. And back on the road🙂 The stops are unchanged: every 3.5-4 hours + one stop for hot meals near Rostov-on-Don. The place is very beautiful, pleasant for the price and for the food too. A special like is respect for such a stop. A couple of hours before the border, we made a stop at the shopping center so that we could buy water / cookies, because it is not known how long we will spend at the border, which is quite prudent. We crossed the border quickly, taking a total of 5 hours, i.e. we arrived in Georgia at about 7:00 local time. Georgia. Due to the rapid passage of the border, things went a little off-plan:) We checked into the hotel in Tbilisi after 3 p.m. and had to do something for half a day. We were told that we were going to Mtskheta for a walk, then we would go to see the church above the city (the view from above is simply amazing), but no one said that this would be the "tour" that is included in the price. While we were walking through the historical center of Mtskheta, the escort agreed that we would be settled in Tbilisi earlier (for which I thank her very much!). The hotel in Tbilisi is very nice, there is a swimming pool, good Wi-Fi and a buffet breakfast. If you have any plans for a super evening tour of the historical center of Tbilisi, then forget them :)) it takes about 20 minutes to get to the center from the hotel (i.e. 40 minutes round trip) and this time is already included in the tour (the guide says something at this time). They took us around the center for 1 hour. I call this a "field trip." In the morning, after breakfast, we immediately went to the sea. Guide Amiran spent most of the trip telling us about Georgia. I was on my way to Kobuleti, so I'll tell you for him. I stayed at the guest house "Alehouse". Like the transit hotel in Voronezh, it is suitable only for overnight stays. The location is convenient, 5-7 minutes on foot to the bus station, 15 minutes on foot to the central market, 3 minutes on foot to the sea. Of the 9 evenings in Kobuleti, I spent at most 4, because it was boring there and I walked in Batumi. The beach, of course, is good, the pebbles are not large, and in some places even sand slips. I did not see a big difference in food prices between Kobuleti and Batumi, I even ate cheaper in Batumi than in Kobuleti. On vacation in Kobuleti, I will say what everyone always says: This is for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle, families with children and pensioners. We were evicted before 12:00, but were allowed to use the pool, toilet and shower on the ground floor, as well as tea/coffee in the dining room. The way back. We had a check-out at 18.00. We had only one ambulance stop before the border. We passed the border normally, but for a long time (about 5-6 hours) We were standing in a neutral zone. I personally liked the transit hotel in Rostov-on-Don better. Everything was clean and tidy, but the drinking water in the room was paid (90p for 0.5liters), wi-fi was very weak, and the expression on my aunt's face at the reception was as crooked as the walls in the panels. Our "tour colleagues" were not so lucky with the number. Dirty room, dirty towels... creepy. The rest of the stops are the same, no changes. Will I take another bus tour somewhere? Definitely not. I got a good experience, I won't do it anymore. It's scary to even imagine when the bus is full and you can't lie down.

I am writing a negative review about the work of Karina's tour manager in the city of Bobruisk. And we are from Minsk, we talked on Viber and by phone. Bus tour to Georgia, Kobuleti. Our communication began in March. She perfectly described all the advantages of rest. We paid the tour fee for three people during the day. Karina sent me an online contract. We changed our passports, and in May I sent new photos with our passports. She said twice that she had sent us the contract by mail, then she said that the contract would be handed over on the bus, but I did not receive the contract! I gave money for a bus ride without having a contract in hand! We also paid for the choice of seats on the bus, I chose the first seats at the beginning of the bus! There was a departure from Minsk at one o'clock in the morning. It turned out that she had not marked our three selected and paid seats in the seating chart! And they put us in the middle of the bus! What did we pay for? Thanks to Anna accompanying the tour, the conflict was resolved, she offered to sit in the empty seats. Special thanks to Anna! We rode comfortably only thanks to Anna's professionalism! I have repeatedly emphasized to Karina that we need a room with a balcony! But upon arrival at the Alyokhaus guest house in Kobuleti, it turned out that there was only one such room with a balcony for three people and it was occupied! All the vacationers from our bus were promised rooms with balconies too! I wrote to Karina about it on Viber. She replied with beautiful words that she would solve everything, and in the end we stayed in a small room without a balcony, where the roof of the neighboring building is visible in the window! On the day of my arrival, I had an anniversary, a birthday! Instead of the joy of arriving on vacation, I sat and cried out of helplessness! The bathroom has black mold on the walls, the room is neat but very small, with small aisles between the beds. It was difficult for three people to even miss each other in the aisles between the beds. The rest is over, but the contract was not handed over to me! Karina sold us the tour and safely forgot about us! I do not recommend this tour manager, she has ruined the overall impression of the OlanTur company. As for the guest house Alejaus: the hostess is a very pleasant woman, the breakfasts were excellent, everything was fresh and delicious! On the downside: friends of the owner's son, Georgians, middle-aged men, often sat in the pool area and drank alcoholic beverages. In my opinion, this is extremely disrespectful to vacationers, because they behaved very loudly and yes, this is a recreation area not for locals, but for visiting tourists!

I really liked the trip to Georgia on 15.06 with 2 children (15 and 6 years old) from Olan tour .It's an amazing country!Very beautiful nature, wonderful people and amazing food and drinks! The hotels along the route are good, the drivers and guides are professionals in their field, the excursions are just on top. I was very impressed with the Seashell Hotel (Kobuleti), where we stayed upon arrival at the sea.The staff is polite and attentive, they speak Russian.We were greeted very good-naturedly)They quickly settled into rooms, helped with luggage.The hotel has an elevator, which is good news)The rooms are clean and cozy.There is everything you need:beds,wardrobe,table,bedside tables,air conditioning,TV,kettle.In the bathroom: shower,towels,shampoos,gels,soap, etc.I would like to mention the design of the hotel.Everything is done with taste and soul!Very green area, plenty of space to relax with friends and family.There is a swimming pool.Meals are buffet style.Unlimited food.Meat,fish,khachapuri,eggs,salads,vegetables,fruits,side dishes, etc.Everything is always fresh and delicious!The convenient location of the hotel allows you to quickly reach the sea, cafes and shops (5-7 minutes on foot).I recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely come back here again!

We purchased a tour to St. Petersburg for the period from July 3-7 and, unfortunately, were extremely dissatisfied with the organization of the trip. Firstly, we were initially promised the Minsk–Vitebsk – St. Petersburg route. However, in fact, the transfer from Minsk went to Bobruisk. We were notified that there would be a check-in in Bobruisk only a day before departure, which came as a complete surprise. In addition, the trip took place in hot weather, and there was no air conditioning in the transfer, while the windows were difficult to open. It was only in Bobruisk that we boarded a bus to St. Petersburg. Secondly, the tour description stated a 4-star hotel in the city center. Upon arrival, it turned out that we would be accommodated in a college dormitory on the outskirts. It was only at the border that we were informed that the hotel would be "slightly below the stated level," and photos of the hostel were sent to Viber. However, wi-fi was intermittent on the bus at the border, and we couldn't find out what the final living conditions would be. Upon arrival at the hostel, we were shocked by what we saw: there was mold in the shower, and the general living conditions did not correspond at all to what was promised in the tour. The third point that I would like to mention concerns nutrition. Initially, the tour indicated that meals would be organized according to the buffet type. However, upon arrival, we found that meals were served in the college cafeteria, which, unfortunately, did not meet the stated conditions. If we had known about all these discrepancies in advance, we would definitely have refused the trip. The level of the company's customer orientation turned out to be extremely low.

We had a great rest with Olan Tour in Gelendzhik at the Solnyshko Guest house! This is an ideal place for a family: a well-maintained territory with a stylish gazebo and a large swimming pool. The owners are people! wonderful + The location is excellent: the sea is only 10 minutes away, and nearby there are all the necessary shops, cafes, canteens and a market with fresh fruits. Special respect to the comfortable bus, the careful drivers and the accompanying Elena for the impeccable organization. Next year's Olan Tour!

We had a family vacation with Olan Tour in July 2024 in Gelendzhik, Sunny Guest house. We really liked it, the area is beautiful and well maintained. Stylish gazebo, large swimming pool. The owners are wonderful people. The sea is just 10 minutes on foot, close to everything - shops, canteens, cafes, bars, a market where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as everything you need! In general, next year only here! The bus was comfortable, the drivers were polite and neat, the accompanying Elena was beyond praise - everything was clear, fast and organized. Many thanks to the OlAn-tour company for the rest!

Tour to Georgia 30.07.2024-08/14/2024. The room and breakfast at the hotel did not correspond to the picture (photo, video) and the stories of the OlAn-tour travel agency (contract with them) and the Centerturist intermediary (I booked the tour through them). The shower was broken in the room, the sink was cracked, the bedside table and chest of drawers were dirty, without a door. The shelves in the closet were held on nails. The door of this piece of furniture fell out and almost fell on my daughter. There is a hole in the wall near the air conditioner. The door handle was held by snot. Push open the door and you're in the room. I sent photos and videos to the travel agency - there was no reaction. The ignoring is complete. This was the situation for many of our guests, both in terms of rooms and food. On the way back, we drove four vehicles: a Georgian bus, a bus with Russian plates, a Russian bus and a Belarusian bus (on which we were traveling to Georgia and which broke down on the way behind us). There were no words of apology at all. Only negative memories. I definitely do not recommend it

They cannot properly organize the sale and boarding of their buses.Is it really impossible to sell electronic tickets so that you don't crowd the turnstiles at the train station, and then it turns out that the driver has your ticket with a yellow folder (he's next to it), and you're still waiting in line for him??You need to find out everything yourself and at the last moment at the train station.Small changes are needed in the organizational plan and everything will be perfect. The female operators on the phone advise and help, but not enough. And if you stop in Moscow in the morning to disembark at three train stations and at the Beijing hotel, then why not tell about it by phone or write on the website?Maybe it's more convenient for me to meet there than to go to the northern gate in Khovrino?Moscow is not Bobruisk, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

I've been traveling with Olan tours for many years, and I'm always very happy! The most frequent route is Moscow-Bobruisk. Everything is great, from the attentive attitude of the staff when booking tickets to riding in a comfortable bus. A good schedule, a convenient route (across Moscow with options for disembarking passengers in several places). Departure from Moscow from the Northern Gate railway station is very convenient: exit the metro and immediately the bus station. The boarding and disembarkation locations in this company compare favorably with competitors. There are always attentive and very friendly drivers on flights. Thank you for your work!

The managers are attentive, polite, always in touch, from the beginning to the end of the trip, they select the most profitable vacation options for us. Everything is basically fine. There was a trip to Moscow and back to Bobruisk, the office was well served, the staff were polite. On the way to Moscow, they forgot their glasses on the bus. We contacted the operator and everything was decided positively. Now about what I didn't like. They didn't even offer boiling water on the bus. The drivers didn't tell us about Wi-Fi or phone charging when boarding. I believe that at the beginning of the trip it is necessary to announce to passengers the basic information about the trip - where the stops are, etc. If a person is traveling for the first time, then I think that this must be done. I believe that it is not difficult for a normal campaign to provide passengers with boiling water and disposable cups.

In 2019, I went with Olan Tour to Moscow. The bus was terrible. I did not use the services of this company anymore. But this year it was necessary to go to Moscow urgently, and only Olan Tura had free places. I was satisfied with the trip. The bus is new and clean. The drivers did well, they arrived quickly and comfortably. There were sanitary stops along the way.

We went on a tour to St. Petersburg. Half of what was written on the site is not true. They promised departure and a direct route to St. Petersburg from Minsk. As a result, the route was abruptly changed a day before departure, and I had to look for tickets urgently. The transfer to Bobruisk was terrible: the air conditioner was broken, the windows wouldn't open, and the smell of gasoline. At the border, they abruptly announced a change of hotel, promising that everything was fine there. As a result, instead of 4 *, they settled into a 1* dorm-type hotel. There's mold in the rooms! Meals in the college cafeteria. The management refused to talk at all and resolve the issue, they hung up. As a result, the director told the head of the group: either they move in, or give them the money and let them go wherever they want. We're not taking you back. In fact, you were abandoned in a country you don't know. Upon arrival, the manager claimed that the difference between 4* and 1* hotels was 320,000 rubles. It's easy to laugh! The management did not reimburse the difference between the hotels on their own, as stipulated in the contract! In general, we are disappointed. Everything is terrible! The whole bus was in complete shock. That's the kind of customer orientation.

The Moscow-Bobruisk route is a disgusting attitude of drivers towards passengers, in particular the driver Andrey Baranchuk . When boarding, they don't say where to put the suitcases, and then they swear at the passengers who get off earlier and put the suitcase on the other side of the bus (where there was a seat, they put it there). Flight 11/06/2025 the bus broke down at 23.27 at the exit from Moscow on 83 km of Minsk highway in the second row. Drivers allowed passengers to enter the heavily trafficked roadway. No measures were taken to tow the bus to the side of the road. At first, the drivers said that a bus had left for us (passengers), but after a few hours it turned out that there was no bus! And we need to wait for the next flight, i.e. we can leave the highway only at 8 a.m. the next day. It's all lies! According to drivers and passengers, bus breakdowns have happened before. The company's management did not help the passengers in any way - they were not provided with food and drink, and hotel rooms were not provided for waiting for the next flight! I strongly do not recommend this company. Take care of your life and health, choose other transportation options

We went to Georgia on 04-19.09 by bus and with an accompanying Olan tour (although our tour operator is different, we just joined groups). The bus is not comfortable. Moreover, it broke down on the way back, and the bus was replaced, but this did not correct the comfort claims. Unfortunately, the accompanying Anna seemed to me to be an unprofessional specialist. Anna's passive and open aggression towards tourists who expressed their dissatisfaction accompanied her all the way. I understand that working with people is not easy, but it doesn't seem to be suitable for this escort. Instead of solving the emerging disputes, conflicts and problems, the attendant only added oil to the fire. The atmosphere on the bus was tense, and that's putting it mildly. The conflicts on the way back with shouting and swearing, which Anna did not even try to resolve, greatly influenced the general attitude towards the trip. I also didn't like the Mtskheta tour guide. Without a microphone and with a group of more than 50 people, he could not be heard. And also the attitude towards tourists on his part was not very polite. Please pay attention to this review when booking any tours with this operator. I would like to note that in terms of timing, it seems that we made it everywhere and on time, so I give 2 stars.

I have been using this company's buses on the Mogilev-Moscow route for several years now. I want to express my gratitude to the drivers of the Mogilev-Moscow flight 08/17/2025 Alexander and Valery, I was late for the bus and called the dispatchers and asked them to wait for me, because immediately after the bus I had a plane ticket. We travel a lot with different travel agencies, but this is the first time we have encountered such a terrible attitude towards people. Firstly, we did not go on a checked bus, and on the way it broke down and we waited 4 hours for another bus to come for us. Secondly, there were basically stops for all paid toilets! Although there were a lot of gas stations along the way Upon arrival at the hotel house, our rooms were not ready, or rather they were generally occupied and we had to live in another room for a day. In the third, on the way home, we were transferred to another bus, and everyone moved things in the rain!!! In general, we will not turn to this tour operator anymore!!!

🚫🚫🚫Olan-tur, this is darkness!!! I don't advise anyone!!! A trip to Georgia this summer (2024), the bus is uncomfortable, cramped (from a Minsk company). While we arrived in Kobuleti, we solved a lot of issues ourselves. There are a lot of complaints about this office. In Seychelles, everything does not match the description that Olan's manager told us. The reserved rooms were not provided to us. For a room with a balcony, they paid plus 10 euros per person. They put us in a room without a balcony.We solved the issue ourselves, begged, negotiated.There are a lot of negative things, nothing else with the Olan tour and nowhere else.

We went to Georgia with this tour company, it was a nightmare! Starting from the lack of assembly of the escorts, from whom you will not get anything, there is zero information! Hotels that people stay in for the night are terrible, it's scary to go into the bathroom at all, mold is everywhere, everything is cracked, nothing has been heard about shampoos/shower gels there at all. There is only one name for breakfasts in these hotels, it is better to go to the store in advance. Stops that are promised every 2.5 hours are out of the question, as long as people themselves don't move and don't ask to stop, no one is going to stop. Food stops are a separate topic, escorts are looking for places to stop on the go, that is, they don't have clear places that are really good in advance. We were always on the bus at the border, again only when people had already asked to go to the toilet.(because it's impossible to stand it anymore) only then was they let off the bus. Also, at the very last moment, we decided to change our hotel, no one said a word about it before Kobuletti (as it turned out, we are not the first, we are not the last to be changed at the last moment). So be prepared for the fact that when booking a tour from March itself, you will still get the wrong hotel! The Golden Fleece Hotel is a nightmare! Upon arrival, this is probably a feature (which the tour company is silent about). We arrived around 16/17:00 and waited for another half hour for our rooms. The question then is, how is it possible from the moment of eviction (12:00) not to have time to clean the rooms, but as the owner said, they did not have time, okay, I'll write at the end about the eviction. Cleaning once every 5 days, that is, 1 time for your entire stay, also take it without food at once, if you do not want to eat the same thing all the time. We took it with breakfast, it was the same every day: boiled eggs, rice porridge, cheese, sausage (and the same kind), tea/coffee, cucumbers/ tomatoes. Our rooms were on the penultimate floor, when you constantly enter the room, it feels like someone was smoking, the smell of cigarettes did not fade (despite the fact that we are non-smokers) Then there was another smell, as if something wet had been put in and it was just lying there, rotting. When we called the maid to do something about the smell, she shrugged her shoulders and that was it. After that, the smell went away, but it came back a couple of days later. Maybe it's from the top floor, because it was renovated (there will also be drilling sounds) Eviction: as I said, our rooms didn't have time to be cleaned (well, it doesn't happen to anyone), but as it turned out, they always don't have time. When the following people arrived (I remind you that the eviction was before 12:00), again, the owner had the same excuses as we did, that is, again, people were waiting. At the time we moved out, there was no information about the departure, people were asking for everything and only then did they respond. At first, we were supposed to be picked up at 18/19:00, but after that we received a message that, in my opinion, 21/22:00 did not work earlier! That is, people have been evicted since the morning, but it is no longer possible to go to the sea normally, because then you will need to change clothes/wash somewhere, and you have already been evicted. Why, if you have such situations all the time, you can't immediately include the same day in the price, so that people don't wait for time sitting on chairs in the yard (without a shower/bed). Well, if you want to spend time in the room, then a room for a day will cost you GEL 150. A very terrible bus came on the way back (who rode it in 2 directions, I sympathize with you), for some reason the air conditioners were constantly turned off (especially standing at the border) and this is with the doors closed, you won't be able to sleep at night, the bus just cracks, the seats unfold through one!!! We were also picked up in a heavy downpour, it is unclear why the driver did not drive closer to the hotel (although a place was specially cleared for him), when we ran to the bus, the driver did not immediately open the trunk and the people all got wet! I strongly advise you to wash the interior of the bus, because the seats already have a very bad smell. And I really regretted that I didn't take photos of the hotels/bus after all, because I didn't think it was possible to spoil the rest so much! I hope that you will either improve the quality of your work, or there will be someone who can receive compensation, because as I understand it from other people on social media.on social networks, you absolutely don't care about these reviews. A lot of people just don't want to mess with all this nightmare, but there's definitely someone who cares about their money!

If it were possible to put minus -5 stars, this is exactly the rating for this "travel agency".If you want to spoil your vacation, then you are here.The most non-client-oriented agency, which also deceives customers by providing completely different services that you expected, for your very little money, and after declaring claims, they play the game "my hut from the edge".I do not advise anyone to contact this "agency".

In June, I took their bus from Moscow to Mogilev. We left Moscow at 9 p.m., and at about eleven-thirty in the morning, the bus stalled on the highway. Then they started saying that a replacement bus was coming, and it had already left. At 3 a.m., I got tired of waiting and people called the carrier's operator. The operator said that it was not possible to find a replacement bus, and the bus that is currently carrying people from Belarus to Moscow will come for us. He will unload people in Moscow in the morning and come for us. As a result, he came to pick us up at 7 a.m., and I got home 11 hours later than planned. Many people sat on the bus overnight without food and water, because they planned to buy all this at a gas station, which we never reached. I would like to point out that they just don't give a damn about people. Breakdowns happen, anything happens, but...While the drivers were trying to start the bus, they didn't even bother to explain to people what had happened and what was being done to solve the problem. Then the drivers, either on their own or at the direction of the company, told lies that there would be a replacement bus soon, although this was not the case. As a result, I did not receive any apologies from the company, and they returned compensation for this wonderful flight only when I wrote to them myself. Would they have refunded the money if I hadn't written-the question. The inability to work with people and just don't give a damn about them, that's what this company is remembered for.

I do not recommend this travel company, especially for tours to Georgia: 1. We booked seats on the bus, we paid extra money for it. The manager said that all the seats are available, choose any. As a result, the day before the trip, the manager writes to us and says that the places we have chosen are occupied, let's choose others. Such confusion was not only with us, but also with other tourists. 2. Manager of the OlAn tour. I asked questions: Does the Seashell Hotel have: shower gel, shampoos, shower towels, beach towels? They answered me: "Yes, everything is there." As a result: there was no shower gel, one shampoo per person was 20 ml, which was enough to wash your head 2 times. There are no towels for the beach. 3. The description of the hotel in Georgia (Kobuleti) given by OlAn tour: "The Seashell 3* Hotel, a cozy hotel surrounded by lush gardens, offers its guests comfortable living conditions." This description is a lie, the hotel is damp, mildew, dirt, dust, sometimes there was no hot water. There was no hair dryer or kettle in the room. The conditions are not comfortable. The gardens are not lush. The photo on the website is only of the new building, but there is also an old one)) The rooms there are completely different, worse. "The hotel has a restaurant with Georgian and European cuisine, which serves dishes made from fresh local products. The concept of food is a buffet. There is also a rooftop bar with a wide range of drinks and snacks. Free Wi-Fi is available on site" "Restaurant" a la dining room. Buffet – 1 choice of meat, sometimes meat with a side dish at once, 1-2 side dishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, salad. It's actually a funny story. The maintainer who does not solve any issues. And he says, "I'm just accompanying you, I don't know anything, I don't decide anything, I have nothing to do with anything." Usually, the escorts come to an agreement at the border, and the bus passes faster. In our case, the escort was sitting on the bus, and our tourists went and solved issues at the border!!! To let us through, so that no one cuts us off. We went and looked at the situation, and if we saw that there was a separate lane for buses, we talked, and we drove forward. Everything was decided by tourists!! Despite the fact that the escort emphasized that everyone knows her here, she has already traveled many times. What's the use? Everything was done by tourists who were tired of this lawlessness and the indifference of the escort. The drivers probably went to Georgia for the first time. They are afraid to go, everyone cuts us off and climbs ahead. As a result, we stood on the Russian-Georgian border for 21 hours. And the bus that was behind us overtook us and was ahead)))) He did not stand for so many hours, simply because there are normal drivers who know how to negotiate and are not afraid to drive in such conditions. As a result, the OlAn tour deceives its tourists, throws them to the mercy of a foreign country. Tourists without communication at the border, and the escort has nothing to do with it and does not solve anything)))

Just for, like, three hours. There was no overnight stay at all. The hotel in Kabuletti was wonderful. The hosts are great. I do not advise anyone to book tours to Olan tour. They started working really badly. I, from the company, went with my husband, 6 times. And this, for the second time, is a series of shoals. Oh, you could have.And, to book a transit hotel in Vladikavkaz, so that people could relax instead of shaking on the bus for three days, and even with children, many were traveling. The bus is not really designed for long journeys:there are no side headrests, the seats, if they move apart, creak, the toilet does not work, the Wi-Fi does not work well. But these are flowers. The Seashell Hotel, where we were settled, is the horror of the modern world. Dirt, mold, narrow rooms with broken furniture and a rusty bathroom.A rusty refrigerator is one per floor.We managed to relocate only half of the rest and then with a scandal, with our own efforts. This is not the first time we have flown from Olan-tura. We are always satisfied with the service, this year is no exception. We rested at the Selcukhan 4* hotel. I liked the hotel. Accommodation, cleaning every day, meals, SPA, animation are all decent. Safe in the room, hammam for free, entertainment center is very well located, not under the windows of the hotel, but near the sea across the street from the hotel and there is no loud music under the windows of the room. We had a vacation with a family of 3 people from 06/26/03/07 in Georgia . They are from Soligorsk. I really enjoyed the rest. We were a little unlucky with the weather. Of the seven days, three days were without rain. But this is the norm for Georgia during this period.The hotel was chosen Old Batumi4* in old Batumi. Room for 3. With breakfast. The breakfasts were very decent. Changing towels and taking out garbage daily. Minus , it was located among the construction sites. But Georgia is not for sitting in a room or lying on the beach. Very interesting excursions to waterfalls, canyons, caves. And just take a walk along the embankment. We got a lot of impressions.

I bought the coolest hotel from them, which was on Instagram in the video, they promised that the room would be like in the video, as a result, upon arrival in Kobuleti 20 minutes before check-in, they inform us that the hostess had abandoned them and we would not be checked into this hotel. They offered the most terrible hotel, or they said that you can return home, imagine with a small child of 7 years old, after three days on the bus, they offer to return home! We weren't the only ones on the bus! They know perfectly well that people have nowhere to go, that they are tired, and they will agree to their proposal! Of course, I raised such a cry there that they had to offer me other options, but I had nowhere to go and had to choose one of the two options, it was already seven in the evening, the child was small, we were tired, what to do, I had to... The others didn't say anything, and went to that stinky hotel! A few days later, I contacted the hostess of the hotel where I bought the tour, and she said that she had not refused anyone, that she was waiting for us, that the rooms were empty.
