We recently ordered takeout for a group of 40, including: Salad with soybean sprouts, Veal with champignons, Veal tenderloin with broccoli and oyster oil, Pork in sweet‑spicy‑sour sauce, Chicken pieces Gum‑Bao with peanuts, Shrimp with cashew nuts, Eggplant in Beijing style, and Chinese‑style fried beans with sesame seeds over a fire. Overall, the dishes were flavorful, and the Chinese members of our group said the food tasted authentic. The only disappointment for them was the Gum‑Bao chicken, which they felt didn’t stand out; others in the group, however, enjoyed it, as the dish was completely finished. The pork in sweet‑spicy‑sour sauce was the least popular, since it had the most leftovers, but people still liked it. The shrimp dish was noticeably more expensive than the others, but the shrimp were large and tasted fresh. Communication via Instagram was smooth and the restaurant was very responsive. Aside from the food arriving about 15 minutes late, everything went well. Everyone enjoyed the meal.
