It's a really nice point. Even after seeing it, I was convinced that it was a mystical and supernatural place. I highly recommend it. Of course, it needs to be seen to go.

Pass the old Mardin, don't waste any time. If you say that you will include Mardini, 1 hour is enough. It has been said that parking is not a problem in some places, but parking is a big problem, especially on holidays. There is a hannupcu in front of almost every shop. Definitely take time to Midyat instead of Mardin and definitely see both the day and the night of your day. If you are going to stay at the Milena Hotel, I definitely recommend it. Make sure you have a good camera with you.

The buildings dating back to BC, the houses, the streets, the customs, the customs that are embedded in these structures and, of course, the warm, friendly, helpful person are a wonderful atmosphere. In some big cities, the buffet owner says "don't ask for an address", and when he asks Mardin for an address, he says "follow me and I'll take you", this is really the environment that the soul misses.

The place smells of perfect history. A lot of trades are saturated now. The prices are high and a lot of the products sold are outsourced. Silver products, brand perfumes, etc. Syriac wines are fabricated. Street cleaning is insufficient.

everything is very nice except for the places to eat..especially in artuklu, the local dining places fill up with the smallest crowd and the food runs out because there are 2-3 restaurants, the others are extremely expensive.
