👍Pitsunda⛱️ For me personally, it's the best place to stay in Pitsunda! Yes, it's a long way to the sea, although it's even further to work from the subway every day. But the whole resort crowd remains far away. Quiet, peaceful, pine trees, swings, a short walk to the market, parking, friendly hostess and staff! Well, if you know in advance which room is better to take ...)) However, I'll leave it for now as a personal find. Of course, during the season it is better to book in advance, negotiate directly with the hostess. With it, all issues are solved easily and in your favor. I'll definitely come back at least once, I really liked it! 👍

We are staying at this hotel for the second time. Everything is fine. Clean, good location, near the wholesale market. The rooms are spacious and clean; there is a cozy terrace on the second floor. You can cook in the kitchen. Charming maid Barchin, who will tell you everything, help, and welcomes everyone very sincerely. The hosts are also nice and hospitable people. If we come to Pitsunda, then only to this hotel.

It's not very cozy or comfortable, it's dark. Old furniture, tired rooms, lack of ventilation, the cheapest and lowest-quality appliances. The air conditioner is mildewed, the ventilation is dirty, the TV shows only one channel, the kettle smells of toxic plastic, the windows are not working properly and let the noise of the road through, the doors are faulty and everything that happens in the corridor is audible. Despite the thick walls, the snoring of one of the guests could be heard throughout the hotel. Detailed negative qualities can be listed endlessly.
