👍Pitsunda⛱️ For me personally, it's the best place to stay in Pitsunda! Yes, it's a long way to the sea, although it's even further to work from the subway every day. But the whole resort crowd remains far away. Quiet, peaceful, pine trees, swings, a short walk to the market, parking, friendly hostess and staff! Well, if you know in advance which room is better to take ...)) However, I'll leave it for now as a personal find. Of course, during the season it is better to book in advance, negotiate directly with the hostess. With it, all issues are solved easily and in your favor. I'll definitely come back at least once, I really liked it! 👍

It's not very cozy or comfortable, it's dark. Old furniture, tired rooms, lack of ventilation, the cheapest and lowest-quality appliances. The air conditioner is mildewed, the ventilation is dirty, the TV shows only one channel, the kettle smells of toxic plastic, the windows are not working properly and let the noise of the road through, the doors are faulty and everything that happens in the corridor is audible. Despite the thick walls, the snoring of one of the guests could be heard throughout the hotel. Detailed negative qualities can be listed endlessly.

We had a rest in other places in Pitsunda and LDZAA, everything is fine there. There was no question of cleaning or changing clothes during the week of our stay. I had a chance to relax in this hotel (( everything is very tired.. the bathroom is too big.. but it wasn't thought out at all.. There's nowhere to put even towels.. We bought the hooks ourselves.. They write that there is a kitchen, in fact, cooking on it will not work very well.. the territory is very small.. The sea is very far away.. I strongly do not recommend staying with children ((and in general I do not recommend it.. both the hostess and her daughter are not customer-oriented at all..

We stayed at the hotel in July 2024. They rented, as stated, a 4-bed room. In fact, the room is designed for more or less comfortable accommodation of two adults and two children. There were 3 adults and a 7-year-old child. I had to sleep 12 nights with a child on a sofa and a half. Upon our request for the provision of a topper (to improve sleep conditions) we were provided with a mattress pad, which did not greatly affect the quality of the beds on the sofa. There are already toppers on the beds. In general, the hotel is well-groomed, neat: cleanliness and order are maintained by one maid (she is also a laundress, she is also a gardener ...) for 11 rooms. But unsettled, uncomfortable somehow, there are not enough basic amenities: there is a table in the room, but there is not a single chair to it, the hostess is proud of a huge bathroom, but there is nowhere to put things or towels in it at all, balconies are not provided in the rooms and it is not possible to dry linen in the room due to high humidity... Drying areas are provided outside on shared dryers, which are constantly occupied... And for four of us, respectively, 4 towels, 4 swimsuits, 4 sets of beach clothes... In short, it's also a pleasure to run around the house in the middle of the night and take off your underwear in the rain... The mini-refrigerator is not designed to store melons or watermelons, and the hostess makes you put all the fruits in the refrigerator "so as not to breed ants.".. The plaster on the walls in the room is peeling off in clumps: either they had a flood there, or a fungus on the wall... The bathroom door is swollen, it doesn't close at all: you don't have to remember about privacy. The hostess is verbally ready to help with any questions, but in fact you can't interrogate snow in winter, and this is for a lot of money (we rented a room for 7,500 rubles a day!). She also has a daughter, Milan, who generally believes that everything is at the highest level, but we do not understand anything in the service, we threaten to call security or the police for any question ... The hotel is located in the center, near an excellent supermarket. It takes 25-30 minutes to walk to the nearest beach at a brisk pace. And this is a paid beach of the Pitsunda resort (80 rubles per person entrance). And it's a 40-minute walk to the free one. In my opinion, the hotel is not suitable for a family holiday, IMHO.

We rested there in the summer of 23 years. Not a hilton, of course, but a normal guest house. Overall, I have a positive impression. One of the advantages is an externally interesting house, fresh good repair, cleaning is present. There is a shared kitchen, a veranda with tables and swings. On the downside, it's a bit far to the sea (2000++ steps, as far as I remember), the rooms are cramped. Personally, I didn't have enough table in the room, I had to go out on the veranda.

We got a cozy corner room, quiet, with a large bathroom. There is a great dining room and cafe nearby, a hike through the hotel complex to the cozy beach, 50 rubles per person, a hotel in the center of Pitsunda near the old temple, where organ concerts are given, very beautiful and unexpected!

We rested from June 21 to June 30, 2022. The hotel has only 11 rooms, family type. I really liked it, and the room has everything you need, it's clean, the bed and towel are changed as soon as you say. I especially want to thank Ida, a very friendly and helpful maid. He will answer all questions and requests, and will do everything according to the highest class. The sea in Pitsunda is the purest, dolphins can be observed every day. Everything is nearby and the Olympus store and the Vkushnyashka cafe.Try the meat in Abkhazian style, the kebabs are relaxing.They don't allow you to cook much, but you can make coffee in a turk. You can go to the beach for free if you turn right into the lane and walk through the forest along the trail, high. There are plenty of excursions, an average of 1,500 rubles. per person. I recommend those who like a relaxing holiday, clean sea and pine trees. There is very tasty Abkhazian wine, cheese, peaches. Of course, it's boring for children, there is no animation, but trampolines and water slides are being built, and soon children will not be bored. In general, who doesn't need noisy parties, this is it!!!! The road is nearby, but it does not interfere, you sleep well, it's quiet at night.

The hotel is excellent, though out of season we were charged 2500 per night, when we rented a hotel of the same level in Adler for 1000 rubles. Even when they called, they were penetrated, we agreed on 2k, and upon arrival, the hostess told us 2500. But the hostess is great, there are no complaints about her, it's just that her daughter kind of messed up something. There is a hairdryer in the room, washing 200 rubles. There is no heating in the room. The room was heated by a split system. The ceilings are high. In general, everything seemed to like it, there is Parking, the bathroom is spacious. Well-maintained territory. A cool terrace on the second floor with tables and swings. There is a grocery store nearby where cards are accepted for payment. The Yummy Canteen is a 5-minute walk away. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea (for me this is a plus). You can go to the sea through a pine forest or through a nature reserve with relict trees (entrance 50₽), so it's not hot. Nearby there is a bus stop that goes to Gagra, Sukhum, Psou.

Room 104 has a room and a bathroom of the same size, the window was opened and left, as there are bars. In the evening, the courtyard is illuminated, there are many rocking chairs, tables and benches, smoking areas. It is 15 minutes to the sea, for 50 rubles the entrance to the beach is for Divers, there are no sun beds, they are only for vacationers in buildings. The sea is clean and there is a snack, there are all sorts of goodies nearby, I really liked smoked trout.

A double bed is one name, single beds are pushed together, the distance between the mattresses is 15-20 cm, you sleep as if on a separate bed. The room is gloomy with one window, the feeling of being in the basement. The kitchen also has one name, you can use it only from 8 to 20 (the maid sleeps there and cannot be disturbed), in the evening you will definitely not be able to have dinner there, because we were at the sea until 19.00-20.00, you can not fry and cook there either, because smells interfere with nearby rooms. Laundry is paid - 200 rubles, you also need to negotiate with the maid so that she finds a window between her washes. The hostess smiles, but behind her smile is a cold calculation, it will definitely not go to meet you in any unforeseen situation. The cost of the rooms is too high, we had to choose this hotel, because everything was occupied for our dates
