The Chocolate restaurant in Lugansk. Atmosphere and interior (5/5): The outdoor area of the restaurant welcomes with its cozy and truly stylish atmosphere. Sofas with high backs are very comfortable, and there are stylish leather sofas. The interior is decorated in warm colors, which fully corresponds to the name — every detail is thought out here. The perfect place for a romantic dinner, a family holiday or a meeting with friends. It's clean, spacious and very cozy. Cuisine and food (5/5): The menu is varied, there are both European and traditional dishes. The portions are large, the serving is beautiful. A selection of dishes for every taste. Service (5/5): The staff is polite, attentive and professional. The receptionist helped to choose a table, friendly and smiling waiter Julia gave competent recommendations on the menu. Everything was done promptly. Prices (4/5): Prices correspond to the level of the establishment— above average, but the quality of food, service and atmosphere fully justifies them. This is a good place to pamper yourself. Bottom line: Chocolate is one of the best restaurants in the city. Everything is perfect here, from the design to the taste of the dishes. I definitely recommend it for special occasions and just to cheer yourself up with a delicious dinner. If possible, we will come back again to try other dishes!

We were celebrating an anniversary. The party was ruined by the DJ's work. The decibels were off the charts, and I couldn't hear anyone sitting next to me. There was no repertoire at all. The requests of the guests were ignored even when contacting the administrator. The man stood and looked at his equipment and did not raise his head at the guests. The DJ himself was wearing headphones. We have never seen such a dismissive attitude before. We will contact Rospotrebnadzor. The cuisine leaves much to be desired, the iceberg lettuce was stale. The service is disgusting. And one more thing: two months before the current event, an order was booked, but two days before the event they called and refused (the guests were already invited). Therefore, I do not recommend "Chocolate", they can fail at any time.

I was pleasantly surprised that they made us tea without any problems, which was not on the menu. And it was a drink made from natural and fresh ingredients. We tried Caesar among the dishes, and in my opinion, it is the most delicious and properly cooked in the city! It can be seen that only fresh and high-quality products are used, and hand-made crackers give the salad a special taste. Unfortunately, I didn't like the alcoholic coffee I ordered on the second floor at all. Overall, the establishment left a positive impression. If you are looking for a place with a pleasant atmosphere, delicious food and attentive staff, then Chocolate is a great choice! I will definitely come back here again.

It was a birthday party, and snacks were the only thing you could eat. The hot dishes are terrible! Mutton, Lula kebab, dried and salted, salmon, burnt and dry. It feels like everything was prepared at least two days ago. The dishes were served cold in an obscure sequence. Waiters should be asked to do their job. I went to clean the napkins from the table and dirty dishes myself. We were extremely dissatisfied with the service and cuisine, although we had previously loved your place. I decided to go to an institution with my girlfriend, we wanted to smoke a hookah (our friends praised the hookah maker), as a result, the hookah was insane, the hookah turned out to be terrible, tart, little smoke, stopped smoking after 20 minutes. Regarding the service, the waiters were friendly and pleasant, the wait in the kitchen was 1.5 hours, although there were almost no people in the hall. The overall impression is ruined, we won't be coming back.

It got colder in the evening, and we asked Anton to bring us a blanket. Anton remembered about us when he asked us to pay off, he still carries the blanket. but!
