Of the advantages: A great place, delicious and varied breakfasts (above all praise), a great room with a fresh renovation, working air conditioning, blackout curtains. Within walking distance: Spar store, currency exchange, Meydan Bazaar (from where the tours start), restaurant street. There is a safe that works, but we did not use it. One of the disadvantages: The bathroom smelled of sewage, they voiced this problem at the reception, but they did not offer a solution, they had to leave the windows open and turn on the ventilation. The shower is leaking, and the room has never been cleaned in three days. I'm taking the star off for the cons. I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the hotel is located in the center of the entire infrastructure, therefore it is very noisy, as bars and restaurants are open until the morning, accompanied by karaoke and music.

One of my favorite hotels in sunny Tbilisi. Small, but very cozy with Georgian charisma. Very convenient location in the very center of the old town. Beautiful views from the window. Clean, there is everything you need, good wi-fi, delicious homemade breakfasts from the friendly hostess Tamara. Very hospitable service from the beautiful Maria. We've been there several times, we'll definitely come back again!

I liked the hotel! Everything is clean, quiet and clean on time! Nice, friendly staff! I especially liked the breakfasts - lots, tasty, varied! Located near the center of the old town, very convenient. The view from the window is of traditional Tbilisi balconies, a mountain with funiculars and the Mother Georgia monument. I liked everything very much. We lived on the 4th floor
