The station staff is good and helpful, but the station itself is the last century, only there is not enough hot water tank, as in the old Soviet times. In general, as part of the city's infrastructure, the station lowers the rating of the city. Two for you, gentlemen, leaders, Atyrau feeds the country, and the country, represented by the leaders, does not ride trains. Once at least someone would have driven, looked, dragged suitcases on the second way, like grandmothers dragging, maybe then something would have changed for the better.
