We had a rest from 05/02-07.05. The location of the hotel is excellent, on a pedestrian street. Free parking is available. The rooms are clean and well renovated. The building is an old version of the building with high ceilings, with a large terrace for outdoor gatherings. Silence and fresh air, until you go outside, you can't even believe that you are practically in the center of old Tbilisi. There is a kitchen for those who are going to cook, but cooking in Tbilisi is a crime, there is a very tasty, and most importantly affordable national cuisine! Special thanks to the owner George! Upon check-in, he presented us with a bottle of Georgian wine, took us on evening tours of Tbilisi, the ancient capital of Georgia Mtskheta, and ancient temples and monasteries. And by the way, we didn't see any negativity from the locals, perhaps because we ourselves were positive and welcoming.

A beautiful authentic hotel on a pedestrian street (well-developed infrastructure, cafes, shops), a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and a 25-minute walk from the railway station (we left from there to Batumi). The hotel has an incomparable atmosphere with a shared veranda, which has a kitchen with everything you need. You can also buy homemade wine and chacha (excellent, they even took it home with them). Super-host George helps with the check-in, tells the story, recommends places- where to go, where to eat and everything you need for a comfortable stay in his country. Parking at the hotel is free (entrance under the barrier), which was very important for us, as we traveled by car. The rooms are perfectly clean. New comfortable mattresses, linens, textiles. Soap, gel, shampoo, slippers. Daily cleaning service. All this for absolutely reasonable money! If we return to Tbilisi, we will only stay here again, as it is difficult to find such accommodation in the price-quality ratio. Cordiality, warm welcome, excellent location, cleanliness - all this you will find here! We thank George, it is clear that the hotel has an owner.

Great location! There are 5 rooms in total. Excellent repair, hot shower, comfortable bed . There is a small kitchen on the veranda. We were in February at -16gr. outside, but the room was very warm. George Khoshchyain is very responsive and hospitable) A very nice woman who keeps herself clean. We liked everything very much.
