Very friendly and hospitable hosts. The rooms are clean, spacious and very cozy, the amenities are in the room, there is no problem with parking. The breakfasts are just awesome, delicious and a lot of dishes, you will eat faster than you will try everything 🙂 The location is ideal, near the fortress, a good restaurant "Mimino" where you can sit in the evening or have lunch. It's two steps to the city center. I definitely recommend it, if you are in Akhaltsikhe, stay in the "Old Town" - you will not regret it, you will also recommend it to all your friends and acquaintances.

The friendly hosts met us near their house. I parked the rented Prius without any problems, absolutely free of charge. The rooms are nice and very cozy, the amenities are in the room. The hosts prepare a wonderful breakfast, with an abundance of snacks and dishes of national cuisine - you can't go hungry! They do not take money in advance - only upon departure and when the guest is satisfied. They recommend where you can go and what places to visit. Rabat Fortress is a 5-minute walk away - a very beautiful place. We also went to Vardzia - this is an example of 50km from Akhaltsikhe. In general, my wife and I really liked this guest house! I recommend it! (May 2019)
