The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Our room was a family room, very large, with a cot and a huge sofa. Everything is clean and tidy. We had breakfast on the roof overlooking Batumi and the seashore. Buffet breakfasts. Everything is delicious and satisfying. The only problem, but this is not the problem of this particular hotel, but of the entire old town, is the narrow streets where cars are parked. If you arrive in a large SUV, parking will become a problem, and in general it is difficult to drive, especially if there is an oncoming lane.

We stayed at the hotel in November. What the hotel has: morning lobby, elevator, clean rooms with simple necessary furniture, comfortable bed, air conditioning that works for heating if necessary, hot water without interruptions, Internet with good speed, breakfast on the upper floor on the glazed terrace and access to the roof veranda with views on all sides; breakfast homemade, with soup, salads, porridges and, for those who wish, with wine. There is also a friendly and attentive staff who speak Russian and English, paper maps of the city, tea and a replenished water supply in the room. What the hotel does not have: a casino, a restaurant, a spa, that is, the hotel is quiet and peaceful, except that conversations from the lower neighboring restaurant, music from the street or sounds from a nearby mosque will interfere with rest. The hotel is located in the old town, close to the waterfront, with sea views from the upper floors. The streets here are narrow, traffic jams are frequent, this should be taken into account when calling a taxi.

It's a Georgian atmosphere.
