The residential complex "Old Town" is quite a good complex. The location is very convenient. It's crowded. There are many bus routes. A new road along Kumusbekov has recently been opened. Only there are no buses running along it. At the beginning, the route 64 and 107 went, later, for some reason, they were removed. Another and very important disadvantage of this LCD is that it has parking and a car wash, office and so on. premises. Because of this, you need to climb two floors up the stairs to the entrances. It's very inconvenient. It's slippery in winter, and in summer the steps crumble from the water. Garbage bins have been installed under the stairwell and a stench has been coming from them all summer.
