We stayed at this hotel in June. There are no complaints about the numbers, everything is fine!Wonderful location, cleanliness. BUT we had paid for breakfast and dinner, and that was our main mistake! The dishes are edible, but the service leaves much to be desired! I got the impression that we came and begged them to eat))) A couple of times for breakfast, the service staff even took the order, putting the mop and apron aside, came to take the order by ear....naturally, the whole order was mixed up. Pancakes, cheesecakes, porridge – everything was mixed up in some kind of unthinkable gastronomic orgy. Someone even stayed hungry) On the second morning, the story repeated itself, to which the "Waiter" on my part was asked to take a notebook and write down the order because she probably won't be able to remember it for 6 people)) In general, the hotel is excellent, the interior is interesting, the beer is delicious. But they are still very far from the restaurant level. Staying in this hotel is definitely a yes! But it's better to choose another place to eat.

We visited this place several nights in a row. I really liked the salad with avocado and tuna - it was divine. The rest of the dishes are on the same level. The portions are large. Delicious German amber beer. The service is a bit lame for a restaurant level. But overall it's not bad. Special thanks to Ruslan, he makes a great hookah. We went to Staraya Gagra only to see him. We wish you prosperity and more generous customers.
