After visiting the olim ota cafe in Bukhara, I tasted the best pilaf in my life! A delicious, flavorful dish cooked according to a traditional Bukhara recipe won my heart. The rice was perfectly cooked, the meat was incredibly tender, and the spices added a special flavor to this dish.
