I returned from the hotel a few days ago and stayed there for a few days. A great hotel considering the price and the food! I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are nice, clean, spacious, have air conditioning, tea set, and good housekeeping. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. The food is a buffet, the choice is not very large, but it is quite possible to eat without frills. The territory is green and tidy. The pool is large with sun loungers, you can sunbathe. A small playground. The sea is 7-10 minutes away, I liked the beach (there are free sun beds, the beach is wide, no worse than in other villages, but I liked it the most). A 5-minute walk will take you to Pitsunda (50-100 rubles) and Gagra (150-200 rubles).

We had a rest at the Olympus Hotel-Park in August 2025. We lived in a 6-storey building (there are 2 elevators), in addition there are houses. All the information stated is true. STANDARD ROOM: new/ high-quality furniture; huge balcony (there is a dryer, table and 2 chairs); air conditioning; 140 channels TV; refrigerator; good hairdryer, slippers...In case of the slightest problem, the hotel's specialist is working around the clock to fix breakdowns, etc. (many thanks to Astik!). Maid Medea is a hardworking "bee", cleans rooms efficiently, changes linen and towels in a timely manner. By the way, they give out 4 towels. SWIMMING POOL: new!!! It is open from 8 to 20 o'clock. New umbrellas, sun beds. There are showers and toilets nearby. The Bayram pool employee is very polite and turns on the music when requested. THE TERRITORY is well maintained, lots of flowers, coniferous trees, palm trees; urns/ benches; a gardener is constantly working; there is a running track (former sports base). cafe: GREAT TEAM!💥 BRAVO to the chef! Timely cleaning, courteous staff; excellent display / serving temperature / cooking quality / decent dishes. Periodically, small queues do not create discomfort. Nice music!!!! Conditioner. Natural coffee for breakfast. The food is very decent for the declared hotel category. No one stayed hungry. We haven't heard about rotavirus from anyone at all!!! SEA: THE PUREST! It didn't bother me at all for 10-15 minutes in the shade of a cypress alley. Cows/ horses are walking. The beach is wide, sandy and pebbly (small pebbles), free. Showers/ changing rooms/ volleyball net. Sun beds and umbrellas are FREE (go to the left to the Golden Sands beach). There is a cafe near the beach with live music starting at 6 p.m. They roast a delicious barbecue. Mutton💯💥💥💥. There is a winery in the village. I recommend. High-quality products at affordable prices. To Pitsunda - 10 minutes by bus / in my opinion 25 rubles, the schedule is at the reception. Free buses are available to concerts in neighboring Gagra and Pitsunda (back and forth). As a result: a quiet and pleasant break from the hustle and bustle of the city with the help of well-trained staff in accordance with the declared category of the hotel. I had a rest here in early October, I liked the food and the heated pool, it's just a little boring if we don't go on an excursion, no entertainment, there were a lot of pensioners, there is a playground, we could at least put on retro music, at least we danced. For some reason, tea, sugar, shampoos and shower gels were only put on at the entrance, then they said they weren't supposed to. Although when I read the reviews, they wrote that everything is there. And it's inconvenient to carry all the soapy things with you, for this I take off 1 star.

A great hotel for a relaxing stay. Clean rooms with new furniture, friendly staff. The water and electricity outages are minor-they turned on their generator at the hotel. Wi-Fi was working, sometimes the signal was weak. There was no TV in the room, which I was very happy about (it was probably under renovation). The sea is 20 minutes away, there is an asphalt road and a gravel road. The food is very good, it gets boring only by the 5th day, you can always choose something, for breakfast there are 2 porridges, delicious milk and juices like in the USSR. For lunch, soups, second courses, 2-3 salads. There wasn't much meat, mostly chicken, and there was fish almost every day. There are not enough fruits for the region. Wonderful warmest pool, clean. There were no problems with the rot virus or dyspepsia. The rest is peaceful, there are many families and adults. There are no discos or youth parties in the village. There are delicious cafes. The prices are normal, lower than in Sochi. Cows and horses walk around the village, but this is the life of the village, just like in the village. I really liked the view from the balcony. The smell of pine trees, the sea, the silence.

The hotel is clean, the furniture is new, the bed linen is snow-white, soap, shower gel and shampoo, if anyone needs it, then you also need to take it with you, but we had enough of what we put in. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach, the air is clean and wonderful. About umbrellas on the beach, it is still not clear where they are given to whom, and the sun beds were free and located there. There are all kinds of cafes nearby and barbecue and so on, but we were so fed at the hotel that we definitely wouldn't want to eat anything else)) I recommend it to everyone, the most wonderful place!

We rested at the Olympus hotel together with our daughter from 5 to 11 August 2024.We read the reviews, bought a boiler, a fitness mat to sit on the balcony, and prepared.We arrived early, crossed the border and were already at the hotel at 8.00. We were greeted at the reception by a pleasant receptionist, Kristina. She said she would be able to check in in two hours.We left our things and quietly went to the sea. And at 11:00 we were already settled. We breathed a sigh of relief, because the room was excellent, on the second floor, 206. Everything was in the room, and a kettle, tea pairs, cups, everything for tea. In the bathroom:shampoos, gel,soap,hair dryer,towels.And on the wide and spacious balcony there was a table and 2 seats, it was very pleasant!The furniture is new, without flaws.But we had to make a small rearrangement. Since the refrigerator was under the dressing table and did not allow the drawer to be opened. We put the bedside table under the dressing table, and the refrigerator next to the bed. The puzzles have come together!(On the day of departure, everything was set as it was originally!) Everything worked in the room, the TV channels were tuned to TV series and movies.The air conditioner was impeccable, but then they began to open the balcony door at night, it was fresh and the air was just magical, they did without air conditioning.The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are new,everything is clean,the linen is used,new,snow-white.In short, I slept great. The territory is huge, the gardener was constantly working, watering everything, using a lawn mower, collecting dry leaves.There are a few flower beds missing, but these are my personal preferences.But on the way to the dining room, there are comfortable benches on the alley where you can relax. Personally, I was satisfied with the food, you can put it on yourself. meat dishes (more often chicken) quickly flew away, but they were periodically brought out by new ones. I caught a trout once) Different side dishes and different salads. Desserts flew away in the first few minutes and appeared less frequently. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, in October the pebble beach was empty, there is another hotel nearby and it had free sun loungers. The sea is clear. Along the way there is a shop (with Wi-Fi for online transfers) and delicious cafes (if suddenly you haven't had enough in the dining room, which is unlikely) Considering the price of 3 thousand per night for two, I consider it a good place. I would like to convey to the management a request to cut the lawn and grass beautifully on the territory (as the neighboring bases did), to remove the garbage that indecent passers-by throw on the territory. And cowpea, which confuse some who wrote reviews, well, it's organic, nature, they're not on the territory, the negative about this is completely incomprehensible. Dogs yes, they run around begging)

It's like a buffet, delicious, but don't expect a special assortment. There is wi-fi, of course it is weak, but in the absence of cellular communication, it helped a lot! The main advantage is our own very powerful generator! Due to the frequent blackout in Abkhazia, a very important thing! It is located far from the building and its work is not annoying.

We liked it. We lived in cabins, they were brand new, double rooms, and there was a veranda with a table and chairs outside. We cleaned every day, and the food was good. No frills, but we weren't hungry. There are long queues for the opening of the canteen, we went later, they give us 2 hours for this, and there are no queues anymore, they take out new food as soon as it's over. It's not difficult to walk to the sea, there were always plenty of sun beds on the beach, but there weren't many people at the beginning of June. There is a winery with a shop nearby, we recommend it! Wine starts at 270, champagne is also available around 300. And it's much better than everything bottled that is available in the nearest stores.

The beach - the road to the sea takes 10-15 minutes at a slow pace, the sea is clean, cool because of the nearby Bzybi. Sun beds and umbrellas seem to be on the beach of the Golden Sands boarding house, but they are all occupied. On the village beach, these amenities are for an additional fee. There are many souvenir tents along the way, several cafes near the sea, some of them even have live music 😎 The rooms are clean, cozy, the furniture is new, the balcony is huge, but there is a puddle behind the toilet (they told the reception, someone came, smeared the toilet with sealant, of course, to no avail) The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, tea station. WI-FI is terribly slow, especially in the evenings, it only works normally in the lobby on the 1st floor. There are four shops within walking distance, in principle, you can buy everything you need. And most importantly, there is a 10-minute walk to the Chateau Abbas brand store at the factory with really affordable prices for alcohol. In general, I can say that the rest was a success, except for some negative moments at the beginning 😉

It is not so far to the sea through shady alleys with greenery and magnolias. Nice quiet, clean hotel. It's quite good for 3 stars. It is not a very convenient location to the sea in 20 minutes along unlit paths through the private sector. There is nothing on site. There is no playground or a decent outdoor recreation area. There are power outages, water outages (for a maximum of 5 minutes). If someone has enough sea hotel, then it is quite suitable. Lunch and dinner are almost the same type of food. trout fish was a couple of times, chicken. I wanted ordinary beef. we found a shortcut past the stage, so we took it and closed it!!! why??? It was possible to open the second gate... The staff is very friendly, responsive, and friendly. The maids cleaned every day, well done. What was needed was always helped. We bought the best factory wine in the shop. Yes, there is a factory nearby. the prices are great. There is not enough store Pyaterochka or Magnet! We were immediately moved to the 6th floor, but we were not very comfortable with the child, besides it was dangerous to go out on the balcony. We asked to be moved to the 1st floor. But, it was not very convenient for us to go to the sea with a child, it was too far. Well, the sea was cold, because two mountain rivers flow into that place. There's also a dump nearby, and it was set on fire one night. I didn't feel any particular discomfort, but my mother-in-law has asthma, and she was very indignant. Locals say that this dump is regularly set on fire, but complaints do not give anything at all. The food is normal, there is something to eat, and you won't be hungry in general. There are no problems with excursions either. A guy is sitting right in front of the hotel and offers a large assortment for trips. Well, in general, if you walk around the village, then many people offer guided tours. The prices are all the same, plus or minus. About money. They like cash, but sometimes you can use a transfer. That's what I remember about the guy in front of the hotel, is that he can pay for the tour by transfer, while the rest have only cash. You can also add that their Wi-Fi is disgusting. But I connected roaming during my vacation, so I didn't suffer much.

Cons: the room was facing the street, where there was a view of a neglected area. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the sea along an abandoned village and a road with cars all the time. They wanted to come again. But the disappointment is that there was no last year. And there is: a pack of dogs running around the territory and begging for food. Food that is impossible to eat. The hotel is clean, of course, but behind it; there is dirt and cow cakes all around. I'm not going anymore. The sea is clear, sometimes contrasting due to the flow of the river.

At first it was very frustrating, but then it turned out even better, there was an exit to a large gazebo (there was no need to go through the reception). Everyone is happy. We'll come again. We were there for 7 nights and 7 days - three meals a day is just awesome!!! There is no entertainment on site, but we were interested in the sea and the sun, which was in abundance. To the sea, through the recreation center " Golden Sands ", where Olympus beach is jointly located, a 20-minute quiet walk, mostly in the shade, past shopping stalls and cafes... We came at 6:30-7:00, took sun beds and an umbrella, swam in a calm clear sea, looked at a family of diving dolphins, then came back and the sunbed with an umbrella was already ours for the whole day, there is a shortage of these funds, say nothing. The age is diverse, such a relaxing holiday is suitable for us and we were glad, although we were in different sanatoriums of Sochi from the railway, everything suited us here... My wife and I, 54 and 59, had a good time. We would like to thank the canteen staff separately! - very responsive, kind people! Come here- you will not be disappointed! There are a lot of excursions and entertainment on boats, etc. And inexpensive!!!

I want to write a review about the Olympus hotel, in Citrusovy village. Usually, when choosing a tour, I always read reviews. And there were a lot of good, positive ones. Therefore, we decided to go to this hotel. The room is nice and big. We had a view of the mountains, it was beautiful. There are a lot of dogs and cats on the territory, over which we took patronage. That was the end of the good. For 12 nights, it was not real to wash in the shower. Hot trickle or cold water without pressure. The heated towel rail is always cold, so there is always a musty smell and dampness in the bathroom. Towels and linen were changed once in 12 nights. There are two receptionist girls at the reception. One is friendly, the other is always with a dissatisfied face. When I approached her and asked her to sort out the shower, she began to teach me how to use it in my 60s. Now about the dining room. If you go to breakfast, lunch and dinner as soon as the dining room opens, you can have time to eat not hot, but at least warm food. But since there are a lot of people in the hotel, which surprised me very much, we went to eat later. There are always icy sausages and cold porridge for breakfast. Music is always playing loudly in the dining room, and for all 12 days it is on a flash drive, so we listened to the same thing. And since the music is playing very loudly, you can't hear who I'm talking to during lunch. The menu is very poor. Not once, kharcho soup was served for Abkhazia, which surprised us very much. Fruits are apples and sour local tangerines. But very tasty brewed coffee for breakfast. Cottage cheese is also very tasty. Now about the cleaning in the room, then you can say there was no cleaning at all. The taps and sink are always dirty. The floor was simply wiped with a wet cloth with bleach. In short, I don't advise anyone to come here. The hotel is not worth the money. And I don't believe that vacationers write good reviews.

The place is quiet, there are few people, there are greenery along the beach and a small number of hotels. There is almost nothing to see around there, but those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city are fine). Since the water is clean, dolphins often come. There are deep pits on the territory, something like spillways are not protected by anything and in the dark (and it gets dark after 20:00) it is scary to let children go.
