It's a disgusting hotel! You should never stop there!!!! We visited in September 2025. The hotel is located on the highway, it's very noisy and dirty. The breakfasts are cold even if you arrive first. Sausages are served for breakfast, rarely scrambled eggs. Milk porridge every day, and everything is cold! Boiling water is also not enough, you have to wait. We came from the sea in the afternoon and wanted to relax and watch TV, but it always freezes, and if it was working, then only two channels! Shampoo was applied once! In order to clean the rooms, you need to take care of the maid for 5 days! Abkhazia is beautiful in September, but not in this hotel, it spoils the whole impression!!!! We'll never come back here!
