The biggest advantage is the prices and work schedule. The biggest disadvantage is the cramped space and old equipment/exercise equipment. But! Everything you need is there, aesthetics are aesthetics, but that's not what people go to the gym for. Therefore, a solid 5 stars for the price-quality ratio.

On weekdays, there are not many people. It's crowded on weekends. The choice of exercise equipment and free weights is large. Basically, a good inexpensive place. One of the disadvantages is a cramped locker room with narrow lockers and a smelly bathroom, due to improper installation of a ladder in the floor (water goes through it directly from the toilet)

A good gym. Some simulators are outdated, treadmills are not allowed to run. The iron on the lower floor is quite old. You can train for an affordable price. There would be music playing. Previously, there was a music channel on TV, now there is only chanson.
