The best thing about the hotel is - their staff. We only had breakfast included and the food was very good and varied! I don't understand people who complain about there being no juice or cereal when all the food is included and delicious. ~~~The most wonderful chef here is Shukran. She is the hotel's ray of light is the most welcoming and beautiful and she cooks deliciously just like home.~~~ 💫 The man who makes the most delicious coffee and tea is ÖzerAki and is the hardest worker. The hotel is well located, not noisy… I put stars for the beautiful view from the dining room and the fruit for breakfast.… The rest is terrible, old furniture and plumbing, the rooms were cleaned only once in 4 days, we even ran out of toilet paper... the breakfasts are balanced, with fresh pastries, sweets ... the hotel has staff who speak Russian
