My daughter has been studying for more than a year. The child was brought in at the age of 8, she could only be in the water wearing armbands. After 2 months, we were invited to an open lesson, and we were just shocked, our girl crawls, observing the technique of movement and breathing, dives, uses different styles. After 4 months, my daughter participates in competitions as part of the club, we are in the stands, it's very cool! Classes in the Olympic sports pool with professional coaches. In summer, in June, intensive training: first, general physical training in the gym for an hour, then on the water for an hour. In August, sports camps in sanatoriums, growing up and healthy maturity. Many thanks to the club, the organizers and the coaches, in particular Grigory, for believing in the children, for the health they strengthen, for the discipline and the right way you lead them!
