We had a family vacation at cottage 9B on August 15-17.Polite, friendly staff,good atmosphere, beautiful nature.We also got a discount in honor of my birthday.I read the negative reviews, but I didn't quite understand the gist of the claims.The cabins are clean and cozy, there is a minimum set of dishes, kettle,microwave,refrigerator, hot water, fresh bed linen and towels,shower,toilet,TV,barbecue.More than enough for a comfortable outdoor stay.Everyone was satisfied!❤️We will definitely come back !

Cons, there is no Wi-Fi and you need to call every time to leave / enter, why you can't put a camera on and the security would open the gate according to the guest's car numbers, it's not clear. The house itself could be made freer, with the sofa disassembled, the table should be cleaned. we are surprised by the lack of charcoal and skewers for such a house price (Relaxation). There is a very long service in the dining room, orders are confused, and they can't even distinguish between plain water and gas.

The houses are pleasant, well heated, the territory is well maintained, the sauna is good. But the declared font was unpleasantly surprised! The water was cloudy after kindling, we were told that it was because of the stove, we resigned ourselves. But when the flooring was opened an hour later, the situation became much worse. We didn't get into such water, we called the administration, they said they would send a master. But as a result, no one came to us for the whole evening. No one even apologized for this situation when leaving. This greatly spoiled the impression. I hope that the situation with the fonts and the quality of service will be taken into account and corrected.
