The area is nice, but on the brochure. A school and kindergarten were promised between Olympic-2 and the Reserve. We recently learned from the local education committee that nothing like this will appear. People in the sales office continue to be told fairy tales, and we are waiting for new projects and houses instead of the promised school and kindergarten. They will probably be even more "elite" and will block everyone else's view of the Reserve. .

Overall, a great residential complex in the Central area. Low-rise buildings, fenced territories. Nearby Zhdanovichi, Drozdy, Pobediteley Avenue. But, there is no shop, no pastry shop with coffee.
