Terrible agency! They didn't show us the main attractions of the tour, for which we were traveling. Choose another company, save your nerves And at the end, I'll tell you where their positive reviews come from. The situation is as follows: we signed up for an excursion called "Canyons". And they didn't take us to one of the two declared canyons (they saw the second one on the way), they also didn't take us to the monastery and Biograd Lake. This is the main part of the excursion program, for which we purchased the tour. After the official complaints I sent, they changed the name and the tour plan on their website)) And now I'm being ignored. The agency knew for several days that it would not be possible to get to these attractions, as they themselves said, the road was filled up there. However, no one notified us about this in advance, and they didn't tell us about it when boarding the bus. We were informed more than half an hour after the start of the tour, when we were in another city. So much so that we haven't even heard about it. No one asked for our consent. All this is a violation of the Law on Tourism and Hotel Services of Montenegro. But they don't care, because the tourists are on vacation, and they won't have time to deal with the agency. Most of the tour takes place on the bus. At the same time, the windows were dirty, which hindered the view, and the chairs were stained, sticky to the touch, and obviously needed dry cleaning. I am attaching a photo. But that's not all :) The company's memo says that the company has more accurate weather data, and therefore undertakes to cancel the tour in case of adverse weather. On our tour it was +10 (colder in the mountains) and heavy incessant rain. We had warm clothes and an umbrella with us, but we didn't have a winter jacket with us, so we died. Half of the tourists stayed on the bus when we stopped to walk by the lake for 1.5 hours because it was too cold for them. And the forest paths with their slopes were dirty and wet, which created a risk of slipping. By the way, I got sick after the tour. But be careful, the agency considers this weather to be normal for conducting its excursions. So where do the good reviews come from? There were 30 of us on the bus, 13 of whom were bloggers who went on a free promotional tour. That is, by barter, or for a fee, they advertise them on their insta, Facebook, Yandex Zen, and so on. But they were also shocked by this tour and came up to us with indignation. They said that if they were in our place, they would also demand the money back. But we didn't get the money. We were offered a discount on the next tour)) Thank you, and I won't go anywhere with them for the money anymore) I heartily recommend that you choose another travel agency!

Disgusting tour guide! We took an excursion with rafting on the Tara river. I must say right away that the Tara River, the Beer Canyon and in general the nature of Montenegro are amazing! And it's definitely worth going rafting, BUT not with this travel agency. Our "guide" Tatiana made every effort to spoil the experience of the trip! The tour starts very early, at 6 a.m. the start from Budva, and we also had to get from Kotor, so the ascent was already at 4 a.m. For the first hour, the bus travels along the coast, where there is nothing particularly interesting, and by 7 it gets to Skadar Lake – a fabulous beauty of the place. So all this first hour, when it would be logical to give tourists a good night's sleep, Tatiana's loudspeaker did not stop. At the same time, she said 5 times that at first she would give us a rest so that we could get enough sleep and then listen to her carefully! So she talked about it for an hour and didn't let me sleep! BUT as soon as we arrived at Skadar Lake, she said: "Now go to sleep, close your eyes, I'll tell you about the lake on the way back." But the return trip is according to plan – after sunset, when nothing is visible anymore! I was sincerely sorry for those who listened to her and missed such beauty ((Either this is the wildest unprofessionalism (although it is difficult to assume that she did not understand that we would return in the dark), or she specifically made sure that people missed these wonderful views of the lake so that tourists then took a separate excursion to these places. After Lake Skadsky there is a flat part of the country, where there are no particularly interesting views, so you could sleep peacefully until the Beer Canyon, but suddenly Tatiana turned on her loudspeaker again. Her stories were about everything and nothing. Such general information about the country can be found in any travel guide (by the way, there are many applications with audio guides now - I recommend it). On the Container, the organization of rafting is no longer engaged in olimpus.me and the local raft base. Everything was wonderful there! Lunch after rafting is wonderful! The meat is the most tender, not every restaurant cooks this way)) On the way back, we drove past the monastery (which was barely visible in the distance) and Tatiana tried to seriously convince us for half an hour that real miracles were happening there: the blind saw the light, the lame ran and all this… Well, all the guides add a bit of mysticism for the sake of interest. But Tatiana not only went overboard with superstitions, but she also had enough audacity to complain in front of a bus full of tourists and even INSULT her former clients, who, in the comments on the trip, you see, allowed themselves to doubt the truthfulness of all her stories about miracles in this monastery! Well, the cherry on the cake was the air conditioner constantly running, from which many froze, and one girl even cooled down (after all, 4 hours there + 4 back). The weather was warm and it was safe to walk in shorts and T-shirts on the street (and in the mountains). Naturally, no one took warm clothes with them, so they had to freeze. During the trip, different tourists asked 5-6 times to turn off the air conditioner. Half of the requests were simply ignored, and if the air conditioner was turned off, then not for long. When we returned to Budva at night, the girl who caught a cold on the bus asked about the insurance that the travel agency allegedly provides. Tatiana, of course, in her usual boorish tone, began to deny, saying that she did not know anything - call the director olimpus.me where is the director and how to get him is unclear... in short, the sick girl was given a ride (( Organizing a trip to a solid two! It is unclear how Tatiana still works as a tour guide. Probably, the administration of the travel agency simply does not care about tourists and they do not worry about the quality of services, but stupidly cut money. Decide for yourself whether you want to use the services olimpus.me
