We have just returned from a trip to Georgia. I'm thrilled. There were 3 of us. There are no complaints about the word AT ALL. We just had a rest! Yes, the road is not easy, because it is a bus and a long distance. But this is the client's choice. Not a plane. But what you see outside the window during the trip pays for everything. The organization is at the highest level. All sanitary stops are observed. If someone needs it urgently, the drivers and the accompanying group go to a meeting. The tours are great. The sea of impressions and the phone memory is filled with magnificent photos. The information is comprehensive. During the move, Olga, the accompanying group, prepared interesting information about Georgia, games, films, and wonderful music. It was very comfortable and sincere. The food stops were "delicious" and truly homemade. All information at the place of residence was received at the time. The accommodation is comfortable. The excursions offered by the company are very light, fun and sincere. We were on a guided tour of mountainous Adjara. These waterfalls, mountains, dinner with a Georgian family… Unforgettable. Georgia is a country that I want to return to. I would like to express my special gratitude to our drivers Stas, Yuri, Alexander for a comfortable trip! And I'm a very exciting passenger. But everything was comfortable. Special thanks to Olga, the accompanying person, for her individual approach and kindness. My teenage son was delighted with Olga. She finds an approach to passengers of any age. All the drivers on the tours are great. Cheerful. The guide to Adjara is an intelligent man, he provided information not intrusively and interestingly. The friendly atmosphere was maintained throughout the entire stay. Inga, the owner of the hotel in Kabulet, is a sympathetic hostess. All wishes were fulfilled in an instant. Olga, the Georgian escort, always brought information to the general chat during the meeting. I was very pleased with the rest. And many friends are already planning a vacation with this company in September. 👍

I went on a tour of Georgia with Kakheti in August-September 2025. The rest itself was excellent. The whole impression was ruined by Olga accompanying the group. After crossing the border and a tedious overnight trip across the Russian Federation, we were provided with a full-fledged overnight stay at a hotel in Voronezh under an agreement with Planet travel. However, Olga announced that the departure from the hotel will be at 4 a.m.!!! What a night's rest! Olga said that one of the tourists wants to catch the evening train in Minsk! I had to get up at 3 a.m. to have breakfast, take a shower, etc. The drivers were driving the bus at a speed of over 100 km/h! Conclusion: in my opinion, the Planet travel tour operator is being spoiled by employees like Olga!
