The museum itself is very simple, the guide tells quite well, but the whole story is about the benefits of the product. There is a tasting. The prices are high, even very high. In principle, no one obliges you to buy, so it's a matter of taste and wallet

Well, I, like many people, will say that I did not plan to come here on my own, I found out about visiting this institution post factum at the end of the tour, they say we are going to the olive museum. Well, okay, the attitude was skeptical right away. The lecture ... will seem interesting to someone, boring and tedious to me, it is more interesting and pleasant to read the information on the stands on your own. Plus, to the information above, everyone wants to sit down during this lecture, but there is nowhere, well, except for the exhibits.
And now about the sales part, the guys really fumble how to get in, and even specifically give the opportunity to pay as you like, so that the brain is at the "off" stage, you want rubles, you want lira, you want a world card, you want a hotel, any payment option. In fact, you can taste sweet and wine here (I'm not a fan of butter, I'm sorry, I don't fumble in it, I can't comment, for me it smells the same as from the intersection for 500 rubles). I recommend tasting, as they say, they do not charge money for demand, to be honest, I had a chance to taste melon and apricot wine for the first time, it was delicious. I really can't really compare prices, lukum is definitely cheaper in the markets, I find it difficult to say exactly how much, oil is also better on the market, but I haven't seen some wine flavors anywhere else, if I see it, I'll add a review

The tour is interesting exactly until they start to sell that the consumption of olive oil will make you immortal and save you from all diseases (spoiler: no). I want to tell diabetics that if you do not want ketoacidosis, then tasting such a huge amount of oil in a cocktail is prohibited, in syrups - if you read - there is sugar, it will increase glucose, I also appeal to those who have problems with the gastrointestinal tract - you will suffer from heartburn and incontinence of stools! Everything is also very expensive here, do not buy anything, in the same Migros and other markets, products that are presented here in "exclusive" and "at state prices" are much cheaper.

This is not a museum, but a store. But you will most likely find out about it after you go on the tour. We took an excursion from the tour operator to Takhtali Mountain , after which we stopped at the mosque and went on a boat ride. Not a word was said about this "olive museum" at the time of the purchase of the tour, but in the end they were taken there first. The tour itself lasts 10-15 minutes, then the "miracle of olive oil" begins for 45 euros!!! The steaming lasts 45 minutes, and wine will also be steamed, which both smells and tastes like pure chemistry. The price of the bottle is 29 euros. I do not advise you to get off the bus at all, and if you do, do not buy anything there. On the market and in other stores, buy the entire range that they have 4-5 times cheaper.

Nothing special about the tour, it was delivered after Takhtala. They told us about olives, oil, then of course there was an oil tasting, you can pay in rubles and dollars and euros, and transfer our cards using a QR code, and even at the hotel to the guide after the tour in cash, if you did not take it with you, you just buy it. They did not send us to the wine tasting, everyone immediately said that we would not buy anything and that's all, goodbye)))

The Olive Museum is a divorce for gullible tourists. This oil is 3-4 times more expensive and the production is not located where the tour takes place. There is not even an acidity level on the package. In addition, they sell you a pomegranate sauce of terrible quality. It contains only chemistry, sugar and only 2% pomegranate juice. Don't get fooled! Fruit wine in a regular Kemer store costs 350-400 liras. It costs 35 euros!

I can't say that this is a direct "Olive Museum", rather it is the history of olive oil production, but the truth does not sound so "loud". For general development, you can visit, but as in other similar places, you will be persuaded to buy environmentally friendly products at prices above the store.

Do not buy anything, prices are at least 3-4 times higher than the market. The guide is in the share, because even on the bus he warms you up with stories that natural olive oil is expensive. In fact, the oil is the most common, but they sell it for $ 54 per liter. In Migros, the same thing costs 10-12 $. The right decision is not to get off the bus.

They sell ordinary oil for the price of gold. We were brought here with a tour from Kilit Global, after the cable car, all impressions disappeared with this bestial attitude towards tourists. I will never take a bus tour again, you will be taken to places where you will be used as consumer traffic. And there is no production in this place, all products are imported from other places. There's only a museum here, and the trading halls are twice as big as the museum, with closing blinds to drive people like sheep. If you are brought here, I recommend not even getting off the bus.

Unfortunately, my review was not published, I'll try again. The tour starts with a visit to this factory, which takes about 2.5-3 hours. The guide tells an interesting story, but it lasts 2 hours, the room is not equipped with benches so that you can sit down. Everyone is just standing there and looking for a wall to lean on. The prices of these natural products are like a wing from an airplane. And in general, there was a feeling that this oil factory was sponsoring an excursion. We lost 3 hours of sunny morning weather, and when it was time to go sailing (after 15:00), a thunderstorm and heavy downpour began. The mood was ruined.

The tour was bought from the Peninsula Tours tour operator. The tour sounded like this:"Takhtali Mountain, sightseeing tour of Kemer and sailing on a boat" After Takhtala, we were taken to the olive museum, which we were not warned about, but in fact the bus said "we are going to the olive museum". OK, I was wondering what they would say here in comparison with Cyprus. After telling us about which trees olives are harvested from, their age and manufacturing technology, we were taken to a hall where you can buy oil and more.
On the tour, I noted the fact that not a word was said about the acidity of the oil, and I forgot to ask them during their magnificent speeches, but it seemed suspicious to me. Next, we were given a taste of oil, and a mixture of super healing oil + carob syrup + pomegranate sauce. It was all delicious. And then they started offering to buy all this and flavored it with professional speeches, at which, with all my skepticism, I lost my common sense. And I bought 1 liter of oil for 45 euros. They sang about him that she was unique, there was no such thing anywhere else, therapeutic, the best, and so on in the same spirit.
I woke up on the bus. I started looking at the jar, studying everything that was written on it. And it turned out to be nothing that should be. There was no information about what kind of organization produces this oil, no acidity, no phone number, no address. Only the beautiful packaging is not known what.
Further, after arriving at the hotel, I contacted a separate guide from Peninsula Tours with a request to refund my money. Since this is not a well-known product for a lot of money and the divorce of clean water. The guide contacted the museum and there they began to sing the following songs: since 2023, the law of the country forbade them to write acidity in oil. Everything is possible and I asked for a link to this law. Accordingly, nothing was sent, since he is not there. The production date on the bank is 2022. You know, it's not a docking anymore. And I didn't find an organization on the Internet by the name of the oil and by the packaging. She's not here.
I went to the Migros supermarket, went into a bunch of retail stores, where I checked the information about the acidity on the cans. Everything was there. And I asked the sellers if they had heard of such a law. Of course not.
The museum agreed to refund the money to me, but they withheld 10 euros, citing the fact that it was a tax. Which is also nonsense, what is the tax to the buyer for a refund?!
The conclusion is this: this organization no longer wants to take excursions. Plus, in general, excursions in Turkey. Since there are always surprises that are either not talked about or heavily embellished.

Don't waste your money in this store!!! At first I didn't understand why the rating was so low here, and then I realized.
I liked only the tour, it's free. And then, 50% of it consisted of sales. Then there was a fierce vparivanie of goods at incredible prices.
As a marketer and sales expert, I've seen all these techniques. Lies terribly. ‘You can buy in this room, but you can't buy in the second one.’Like gypsies in the market. It was just disgusting after realizing everything. Fortunately, I was smart enough not to buy a liter of incomprehensible oil for 45 (!!!) euro. Where have you seen such prices?
And the most amazing thing is that on the way to the airport, exactly the same ‘exclusive’ was sold as in the wine museum. But not for 27€, but for 15. In an ordinary tourist shop.
Shame on the tour operator "intourist", who brings to this museum without warning and on the contrary tries to instill that this is a super high-quality product and everything must be bought here. In fact, this has not been proven at all + prices are 2-3 times too high. Apparently, they work for a percentage.
If you listen to the guide, then at some point you really start to believe that this oil will cure everything - from a sick stomach to the gift of immortality.
It's a pity for those who are gullible and leave 20-30 tr in this scam.
I don't recommend it. Except to listen to the tour (and it's better to read on the stands and study on your own, otherwise it's disgusting to listen to the pairing starting from the first minute)
And buy good quality butter in any supermarket for 10-20€ and be happy 😊
