Yesterday I went in, asked what time I could come for the procedure, they told me, "Come early, we are from 8." Today I came at 9 a.m., no one is there. I looked deeper: the administrator and the nurses are drinking tea in a smoky room! I was led to a couch, but it was impossible to breathe there, the room is located next to the room where the staff drank tea. It stinks of cigarettes! When asked why it stinks of cigarettes, they shrug their shoulders. The duty nurse Gauhar is the worst medical staff I have ever come across. A painful injection, which is diluted with painkillers and administered slowly (in another clinic it was administered to me for about 40 seconds) after 5 seconds, she said "done". There is now a huge lump and terrible pain at the injection site. She poked into my vein 4 times in the crook of my elbow, missed, inserted the needle back and forth, trying to get in, called a colleague for help! I was just lying there sobbing, I have a hole in the crook of my elbow! As a result, I asked to put a "butterfly" in my hand, where it got from the 2nd time. Instead of 2 punctures in my body, I have 7! God forbid that a child with thin veins will get to such a "specialist"! I live in the house next door, but for all the convenience of the location, I don't set foot in this branch. If you take money for a paid procedure, recruit staff who will be able to carry out this procedure!
