It has a nice small pool surrounded by apricot trees with a beautiful view. But there are no lift and many many stairs up and down to get to the rooms the pool or the breakfast room. Also a lot of stuff in my room didn’t work like both bedside lamps, the safe and the toilet was leaking water onto the floor. Nothing is walking distance from the place.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days in September. Nice hotel. Among the advantages: a comfortable bed, clean enough, there is a kettle, tea bags, cups and bottles of water. Updated every day. Towels are changed every day. There is a cooler at the reception, so those who live in this building may not need to put water in the room. A hairdryer, air conditioning, soap dishes, and a refrigerator are also available. The pool was open in September, but we didn't get to 11-19:30 on time. The hotel is not in the center and is located on a hill. We didn't go anywhere on foot, it was inexpensive to get to the center in 10 minutes by taxi. There is a garden with gazebos on the territory, I think it's nice to sit there in the summer. Breakfast is included, you won't stay hungry, there are always omelets, eggs, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, pasta, buckwheat or rice. There are always several types of delicious pastries. Among the disadvantages of breakfast: there were no milk porridges, no sausage cuts, and the sausages were completely tasteless, but we can be considered picky. We often relax in different places and really often we meet very good breakfasts. The staff is polite and try their best. Although the hotel is not new in appearance, it is cozy. The price corresponds to the quality. And I want to come back here. We hope to visit this place now in the summer. And Yerevan is undoubtedly beautiful.
