It is very conveniently located relative to the metro and public transport stops. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Friendly staff. There is only soap from the hygiene kit, but this was indicated on the booking website and was repeatedly warned at check-in. Of the disadvantages, we can only note the unfortunate location of the reception desk relative to the room stock and the strange organization of food, but this was not a significant disadvantage for me. As for wi-fi, it's good, only for registration I had to "dance with a tambourine" a little bit, but this is also, in my opinion, little things.

The room is clean, the furniture and bed linen are in perfect condition, there were no problems with the water pressure in the shower. The only thing is, it's a little chilly in the room. And there were not enough plates or saucers, a kettle and cups in the room

We came to the competition.The hotel is well suited for athletes' accommodation.However, there are single rooms for coaches in a detached building.
The rooms have new furniture,TV, Wi-Fi,towels, shared bathroom,kettle,refrigerator and microwave on the floor.Clean and tidy.
Good transport accessibility, close to the metro.Grocery stores and cafes are nearby.
One of the disadvantages is excellent audibility in single rooms.
In general, I recommend it.

A great place to stop in Minsk. We were with our son and a friend and daughter were with us. From March 7 to March 9. Very nice, cozy rooms, large TV, comfortable bathroom in the room. The location is great! Everything is nearby! They give a certificate for visiting the pool in the neighboring complex for 1 ruble for 3 hours. We took advantage of it with pleasure. There is also a Freestyle water park nearby. We also went with pleasure.
Across the street are your favorite Cornflowers with a wonderful waiter, Danik, and delicious food.
Of the cons: lifting the pillow, I was just blown away by the huge amount of black female hair. I almost threw up, I'm very squeamish. So they clean up so-so before the next guest.
There is no shoe spoon. It's a very awkward moment.
There are no hair dryers in the rooms, but we took our own. The heating didn't work the first night, but they gave us a heater.
There are no disposable shower gels, soap and slippers.

Nice pool for relaxing in the summer. There is a summer area with sun loungers and a pool with mineral water. There is a baby in the juice, a swimming pool and a diving pool. On the second floor there is a gym and the opportunity to have a snack in a cafe. Yes, I almost forgot, a sauna is available for visitors to the pool.

Excellent location. There is a park and a botanical garden nearby. Birds are singing and there is a smell of trees. The hotel is located at 80a Independence Avenue, but it stands away from the road, so there is no noise at all. Huge parking lot with a barrier. Check-in quickly, payment by card (for visitors from the Russian Federation is an excellent option) I had a 2-room suite for 2 people. In one room (it is also an entrance hall), a sofa, in the other a 2-double bed, just huge. A wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables, 2 TVs, an electric kettle, cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses. Everything is new, no broken corners and other things. The shower and toilet are clean, odorless and mildew-free with modern renovation. Do not look for toothbrushes and slippers, they are not there. There is air conditioning, but there were enough open windows. A hotel for an athlete, I think there are rooms much simpler. It's clear that it could be better, but I know that with stardom, hotels come across in a much more deplorable state. There is no breakfast. There are cafes and restaurants around, you will not stay hungry.

We booked a hotel on the Island, arrived at the Island with the same price, arrived and paid more than when the booking confirmation arrived. We were given a room on the second floor, we entered and were unpleasantly surprised, there was no refrigerator in the room, although it was clearly written in the reservation that the refrigerator was in the room, I was specifically looking for a refrigerator in the room, because it was important for us. Today is the seventh day of our stay, the linen has not been changed, the room has not been washed, only the garbage is taken out every day. By the way, there were no disposable shampoos and gels at check-in, two towels per person, and one was thrown in the bathroom on the edge of the shower. When you enter the hotel, it is very dark, there is not one light bulb, you make your way to the second floor in complete darkness. There is no cooler on the floor either, only the administration has it, but for this you need to go outside. The toilet periodically runs out of water for flushing. The hotel is located near the metro, and this is its main advantage. There is also a great park nearby, it's very nice to take a walk. In general, I do not recommend the hotel, if another option had been booked, we would have gone to another place. Such a service is not worth the money.

We rented a double room. Of the advantages: Clean, everything is relatively new, Wi-Fi is working, an LCD TV with the ability to watch YouTube, but it is installed so that it is not possible to watch it from any bed! There is a park nearby, clean air, a lot of shops nearby, not far from the metro. You can come at any time, no one limits you. There is a large coil, you can dry things! There is an ironing board with an iron. The room can be paid with a Mir card . Good water pressure! Of the cons: The horse price per room, while there is not even shampoo, shower gel and air freshener, which is available in the cheapest rooms! Only soap foam is made of soap! The hotel owner apparently believes that visitors should come with their shampoo. There is no refrigerator in the room, it is only on the floor and it is shared by all rooms. There is no microwave, you won't even be able to reheat the food! The kettle smells like plastic! The socket at one bed is blocked by the bed itself. Very high audibility, when someone comes in at night or leaves in the morning, it is very noisy! For some reason, water flows in the shower stall with the doors closed. Hard pillows, not comfortable to sleep.

We were passing through on March 7-8, we took a room for a day . I didn 't like that the question was Belarusians or Russians , it 's strange , yes ! And we Russians had to pay more for a room . Pay or leave. How friendly we would be ! It wasn't pleasant.
What I want to say is, the room is clean, but there were no disposable brushes , pastes , shampoo, shower gel. It's not the first time we 've stayed in hotels, but this was the first time. I had to spend one night, I took the simplest single room. The price-quality ratio in this case is excellent! There are towels, a kettle, a mug with a spoon in the room. The refrigerator is on the floor. I had a little chat with the TV while I turned it on, because the remote has non-working batteries. But these are small things for me. I lived here for a week, in the year 23.
Advantages:
Location. Good repair. The room has a bed, a large wardrobe, a table, a TV, a bedside table.There was silence, apparently not very many people lived, slept well.
Cons: it is very cold in the room. It's good that on the second day, they gave me a heater.
There are no shower gels or shampoos. Liquid soap in a dispenser, in a small amount.
Upon check-in, it takes a very long time to issue documents that are given only upon eviction (I needed them right away, for reporting).
The kettle was also not given immediately, although it is prescribed that it will be in the room.

Refrigerator and ironing board with iron on the floor. In my opinion, the price for accommodation with such conditions is too high. The administration is at the end of the building, on the floors where the hotel guests live, everyone can enter, there is no security, except for the barrier, which is located far away on the street. Honestly, the administration's location is very strange. We won't come here another time.
