You can get a little lost inside) Prices for some items are a little cheaper than on the Mainland or a Mile away. Of the three stores in these chains, I liked the maximum selection of furniture and bathroom sinks here. There is also a large selection of laminate flooring, but who will be surprised by this now? And it's especially nice that the cost of the doors was lower than in other places (although the choice is almost from the same manufacturers everywhere). And of course, I'm not a fan of consultants climbing on their own, but of all the construction hypermarkets, it was only here that an employee approached me and offered his help.

The store is currently in chaos due to the reshuffle, and this is really a kick-ass. For example: we go to the store two days in a row to buy a ceiling skirting board. He was dumped in a pile, and he stayed. When asked by the consultant to choose 2 pieces of 2m from this pile, we received the answer "I'm a girl and I won't do it"! The electrics / lighting guys are generally kind of murky, they put the chandelier in a box for 2 hours, barely moving. This situation has been in the store for a month and nothing has changed. It's a shame, it was a good store, with a convenient location and qualified staff.

I bought tiles, tile glue, primer, puffer and silicone. I did all this for the first time in my life, as the tiles in the bathroom came off one wall and needed urgent replacement (so as not to fall on the washing machine, washbasin and bathroom, I had to temporarily tape the seams, by the way, a good life hack for a short time!). The store helped to understand in detail the types of all purchased materials and choose the best for my situation in terms of quality and price. When I was doing the work (I hired a tiler), all the materials were the best and fit well, now I have a look in the bathroom. 👍 Thank you very much🙏

The second is the choice, they almost always sell the cheapest tool at the highest prices, I understand that this is the best-selling product and they take it most often, but what's the problem with putting one expensive, high-quality one in three slag positions. For comparison, you can take the mainland, prices are lower there, and the tool is more often more pleasant, but if you look at online stores, then I see the point of taking only mixtures on om.

The location is good, but the staff and prices leave much to be desired: we bought laminate flooring, we had to wait 10 minutes for the consultant (he was on a smoke break or somewhere else, but not with the client and not in stock) colleagues could not get through to him! When I came up, the attitude was not realistic, the baseboard counted 3 more slats, although the size chart was detailed! And for many positions, prices are ±30% higher than those of competitors! The baseboards were being returned, and "zhdun" was sitting at the reception (he was waiting for everything to be ready for him, but how do I know what he needs???)!! And when will you pick it up?" When we returned from vacation, we called the store to clarify the details of the shipment. The order number was found immediately, but they could not give an answer. Then there were multiple calls with an interval of a day and as a result, "unfortunately, the order was withdrawn from the reserve!" I do not recommend contacting you! Sorry for the time spent. I am sure that the order was in stock, it just went up in price during the "negotiations" and it is more profitable to sell it again! Very petty.
