I really like the store, there is a very large selection of household goods, as for repairs, there is everything.As they say from and to....But yesterday, when visiting this store, I really did not like the fact that girls worked in the hall and apparently imperfectly summer, maybe some interns or students work part-time in the summer.And these young girls were put in the department where huge hoses are sold and they moved them from place to place, the management really don't have children, take pity on them!!! I love the OM network for a huge number of products for every taste, which is why I always buy everything here.
However, I was faced with an unpleasant situation regarding the organizational aspects of the company:
1. A month ago, the wrong items were delivered to me, but I arrived on my own without any problems and made a refund. Things happen.
2. Next, the employee calculated the number of tiles for the bath, 4 pieces were missing. It's okay here, it happens too. But then working with clients surprised me) On Friday, I place an order for the missing 5 tiles (I decided to take one spare) on the website, I have an order confirmed by phone for Sunday. The next day they tell me that the tiles are not available. I ask why this happened, they tell me: marriage, delivery will only be on Tuesday from 10 to 14. They did not give any other alternative. Even though I said that I can come pick up the goods myself, if there is one somewhere.
Today we bought this tile in the store, and when I called 44 586-64-79 (the number where the order date was postponed to me), they told me: we are a contact center, we are not engaged in retail. I have a question: why on Saturday, when I asked for an alternative, I was not told to call another number to check availability in stores? They talked to me on the phone as if it were a 7th grade school curriculum where the classification of OMA numbers takes place.
If a number calls me and introduces itself as an OMA employee, the last thing I think about is the call center or retail.

I like that the price of the goods is very adequate.
I would like sellers to sell, and not hide around the store.

An excellent construction (and not only) store. I live not far away, I only go here. The prices are reasonable, the assortment is good. There is a tool rental. The only downside is that consultants sometimes need to wait a very long time. But on the whole I like it. The location is great, there is a bus stop and Parking nearby. Inside there is a toilet and a coffee point. On the street there is a point with donuts and making keys.

A) you can't wait for a consultant (you were in the store three times, pressed the call button three times and waited for more than 10 minutes).
B) Discontent and rudeness when trying to explain the necessary element to Catherine 👍🏻
3) We observed the same attitude towards other clients three times.

I.e., a priori, the customer is to blame, not you, but anyone else. Waiting for the administrator for 10 minutes is also in the order of things. And more than once, and more than twice, such a format of work. You cannot enter the store without any adventures: then there are no employees, then there are no prices, then the prices are not like that. The rudeness of the staff (especially the administrators) and the extremely poor assortment goes without saying. Fortunately, there is a replacement in the form of online stores and other stores.

В связи с ремонтом приходится покупать много стройматериалов. Остановили свой выбор именно на Ома. Близость к дому, а главное огромнейший выбор товаров. Персонал всегда подскажет, посоветует, проконсультирует. Всегда много скидок, в том числе по карте Ома. Можно заказать доставку. Доставка возможна уже на следующий день, курьер созванивается всегда и согласовывает точное время приезда. Но в принципе, можно заказать доставку на любой день. Можно вернуть товар, который остался, например, если купили три мешка штукатурки, использовали два, то один можно вернуть обратно при наличии документов на покупку.

Хороший магазин, большой ассортимент, есть из чего выбрать на любой бюджет, регулярные акции и скидки.
Единственны минус это медленная работа обработки заказа через приложение: не получится сегодня собрать корзину в приложении и в этот же день подъехать в определённый магазин и забрать товар, только на следующий день, несмотря на то что товар имеется в наличии в магазине.
