I came to pick up a toaster ordered online at a discount. It is covered in scratches, with significant damage to the case, without a warranty card and documents in general. I believe that the product should be checked before being put up for sale, and if the reason for the discount is a defect, then this should be clearly stated! Customers should not waste their time to get to you in such snowy and frosty weather and find out about it after the fact.
