In my situation, after buying an apartment, the BTI did the documents for more than a week, after which they were sent along with the passport to change the residence permit for several more weeks. An apartment acceptance certificate, a driver's license, and a copy of the state certificate remained in his hands. Registration. I was refused a request to issue a discount card, and I was sent to a meeting in other stores. It's stupid enough to lose clients because of your integrity.

With fame, you still have 2%, what are you so worried about. Excuse me, but what kind of service is this? After such a service, all desire to go to your store disappears. In other stores, this is not allowed with customers, they find favorable conditions for the store and the client, but here it's like people don't come to the store, and it's not clear who. Maybe 2% is not a big discount, but the fact of this service is not very pleasant and somehow it is not right to pull it out of your hands and throw it into the trash without really explaining anything.

I spent time, spent money, because I went to the cottage 60 km back and forth on the weekend, brought gasoline to refuel and start it right in the store, the administration did not even apologize, I highly recommend visiting on my weekends and buying goods of inadequate quality, especially at discounts.

My wife and I were very impressed that the other sellers, with experience, quickly ran away and no one helped the guy.My wife and I only watched them giggle.The search for the lining that interested us lasted about two hours and did not lead to a positive result.Seeing this attitude towards the customer, my wife and I decided to leave the Oma store and go to KSK, since it is very close to Oma on Kosareva.We apologized to the seller that we would not wait any longer.My wife and I were very impressed that an inexperienced, but very conscientious person was put to work alone, without a more experienced specialist.Arriving at KSK, we were met by a very experienced sales consultant.He gave comprehensive information about all types of lining and we purchased the lining in KSK.
