A great shop has everything you need for building a house at some very reasonable prices.Staff are helpful.....until you have a problem. Then staff training is required. Unfortunately you have to deal directly with the Minsk office to get things rectified. This is not the fault of the local staff, more of a training issue.Senior management needs to look into this. All in all a good experience and would recommend the store.

for me, as a person who is not particularly well versed in construction, I would like advice from a consultant, but there are very few of them in the store, in order to find them, you still need to try to walk around the departments and then turn to you in response, "I'm from another department" or one consultant who is already busy with the buyer, wait 10 minutes if everything is fine, and then ask your questions.
Another critical disadvantage is that the service center is poorly functioning, where you can return goods, the last time I stood in line for about an hour.
