Rooms are smaller in size, lighting is very dim all over the hotel.
The hotel is located right in front of the cemetery which is quite creepy.
Facilities are not as per 4 star rating.

A good hotel, clean, cozy, everything was arranged for your money. The only thing is, there is only one elevator.Another one is missing, next to it.

The problem with booking:
On October 26, I booked a room for the period from December 24 to January 7. The price is 129 583 rubles. with free cancellation until December 22.
On December 13, the hotel announced that the payment card was not working and canceled the reservation. And we have to go! I immediately made a new booking for the same dates and on the same terms. Only the price of a new booking was already 168 893 rubles. and without free cancellation. I paid for this booking in full with the same "non-working" card. The Booking support service could not help in this situation in any way :( (referred to the fact that she could not contact the hotel!!??)
Who gave this hotel **** I don't know.
