There used to be a lot of practice areas in this place. A huge aerobics room in which you could do warm-ups, practice on a mat, with a roll, elastic bands. This was a huge plus that set this place apart from others with a much lower price tag. But I knew what I was crying for and I was happy. But now they have closed the aerobic gym for free access. Now there is only a gym with exercise equipment and a gym with treadmills. Now there is nothing here for which you can pay 3,000 per visit. Any other gym provides the same for a lower price, and there are more exercise bikes with ellipses in other halls and they are in better condition than here. It's a miserable place. There's nothing good left in him. Expensive and poor. The women's locker room with sauna is closed, there is only a small one on the second floor with a modest shower. In general, it's like in the most budget sports complex. Do not overpay. This place is not worth it

Excellent complex. Children went to the pool from a young age, now they go to football. The coaches are good. They love children and know how to work with them. Waiting for parents is very comfortable. You can work while you're waiting.
I also go to the Pro Fitness gym myself. All inventory is new, high-quality. A lot of coaches. They do not spare advice.
After each workout, the kids buy ice cream.
