We went to Georgia, the Kutaisi - Mestia -Kobuleti tour. They cheated on the hotel and the food. The tours were great. They promised a hotel called Kobuleti Inn located on the first coastline, showed photos from the booking and the location from Yandex maps. As a result, they brought Oleg to the hotel, that's what it's called. 327A Shota Rustaveli Street is the real address of the hotel. The staff is terrible, the food is terrible too. Lukewarm porridge and cold sausages or cold pancakes were served for breakfast. For lunch, there was a kind of soup, just boiled the chicken parts and poured them into a plate: water and chicken. For dinner, more or less, but again cold. Everything was lean and not satisfying.

We went to Georgia in July 2025. The travel agency showed me everything and told me in detail. The location and photos of the hotel were shown on the computer monitor. The location was the first coastline, and the sea was visible from the window. They talked about three meals a day at the hotel, emphasizing that there would be national Georgian cuisine. Upon arrival, the hotel turned out to be completely different from where we were shown, and you can't even see the sea from the window. The food is disgusting, the food is almost always cold, the breakfasts are monotonous (oatmeal/ semolina on water and cold sausage), no one has heard of Georgian cuisine there. The name of the hotel is kobuleti inn, it is well located on maps, but in a place where there is nothing, but in fact, look for a hotel with the name Oleg.

We went on a trip to Karelia 2025 by train. The travel agency booked some seats on the train (the lower shelves), in fact, there were others -the upper ones at the toilet. The return tickets were dropped on the last day before leaving for home (considering that they were asked to reset them every day. They were constantly fed "breakfasts", but in the end they did not lose weight). The most interesting thing is that the return tickets home were supposed to be at 6 a.m., the travel agency talked about it, it was written in the tour program like this. At the very last moment, the tickets were dropped, purely by chance they saw that the time there was not 6 a.m., but 3-53. Although everyone else in the group went according to plan, at 6. No one warned that you would have a different train. Terrible travel agency. Full of disappointments. It's better not to go there, so as not to spoil your vacation. There are many disadvantages . A lot of "expectation" and "reality"
