Hello everyone There were 18 and 19 November 2019 in this hotel. We booked it in advance, but they didn't send us the room number in time. We thought we would come and they would send everything to our mail there. It wasn't there....we came to the hotel and we can't get into it. We went in with tourists , and then we have nothing but a voucher. It was good that there was Internet, and the connection with the hotel representative worked for 24 hours, they explained in broken English that we did not receive a message from them on our mail, about the room number, code ... etc. Honestly, I was shocked!!!! It's good that everything ends well. When everything turned out to be in the room, it was clean, cozy, quiet, but it was very cold. Coffee and tea are all in the room. I liked it, the hotel is located in the center, it is easy to find it.

My favorite hotel. I always stay only here. Comfortable rooms for wheelchair users. A large room, a large bathroom, a ladder, handrails, a call for an assistant (come instantly). The bed is soft, not too high. Convenient location in the city, around all the popular places and the historic district. You can walk everywhere.
