A nice spacious store with a bunch of "delicious" things for bicycles, as well as a large selection of bicycles themselves. Own repair service. Today (05/26) I stopped by on the way to consult with gearshift problems. They treated me very cool: they tested me right away, found the reason, advised me what to do, greased the chain along the way and... didn't even take the money. Where, if not to them, will I go for repairs? In general, I definitely recommend it to everyone.
P. S. It would be nice to put a bike parking rack near your store, otherwise it would be "uncomfortable" to fasten a bike to a fence with flowers

Great bike workshop!
I did pre-season maintenance here, as well as replacing the cassette, chain, and switching to a single star in front. All the work was done efficiently and accurately, the bike rides perfectly after maintenance.
I would like to note the speed separately: I brought it in the afternoon, picked it up the next day, although it was difficult to find the front star. Despite this, the guys quickly found a solution and did not delay the repair.
The craftsmen here really know their business and approach their work responsibly. They explain everything, give recommendations, and it is clear that they are working not for show, but to keep the bike in excellent condition.
I definitely recommend it!

I applied for the assembly of a custom SingleSpeed from my components. Based on the recommendation from Panic and good reviews from friends of the guys, I decided to contact here so that the final result would not upset me in any way.
Alas, the end result was easily said to be "satisfactory".
The main points and complaints, in my case, are the arrogance of the master and the lack/unwillingness of timely communication.
The master took the initiative and "sharpened" the eyelets of the brake pads on one of the brakes, because "the brake was not installed normally." As for me, such manipulations need to be discussed directly with the customer, since this is directly related to the violation of the visual and technical condition of the bicycle component.
When accepting the work, it was found that the topcap from K-Edge for mounting Wahoo was incorrectly installed, and the steering clamping bolt was screwed crookedly, which in turn created excessive pressure on the plastic part of the mount and fortunately it did not damage it in any way. On this nuance, the master said that he had never encountered such a thing and therefore did not know how to install this fastener correctly. Although, when submitting for assembly and trying to explain the subtleties of installation to the master, it was said that he knew everything and pretended that he did not need all these explanations.
Later, at home, it was found out that the master had not yet taken into account one nuance about installing the plug, which was just voiced twice and he was warned that it was critical.
In the photo for the review, a photo of a reusable expander for the aluminum stem of a fork or just an "anchor", – Hope Head Doctor Expander. This "anchor" had to be installed so that in the future it would be possible to "file" the fork stem without problems, but the master either forgot or ignored it. I don't know. The master did not even dare to clarify what it is and what it is for.
The master contacted me only once, after he took the initiative to "file" the eyelets at the brake and this did not lead to any positive result.
There was also a nuance of "putting" the washer to the carriage so that the star would not cling to the frame. In principle, it's OK, but I think this too needs to be first voiced and agreed upon before making constructive changes.
As a result, the assembly is not fully completed and with significant drawbacks. In view of this, a 20% discount was made and I was charged not 100 BYN, but 80 BYN.
Will I come here again? Probably not.
Alexander has worked hard, made a very pleasant place, which visually makes it possible to believe that you have come to a good place with qualified specialists. Perhaps it is true, but I have described my problems that arose in the process of cooperation.
I can assume that the masters are already so full of themselves that they consider themselves the best specialists in the whole world that can be found, therefore they do not consider the customer in any way and show such an attitude to the work they do.

I'll start with the background.. I decided to buy a bike. I would like it not to be completely cheap, but also to meet the "price-quality" standard, and that in installments. I surfed the Internet, I spent a lot of time browsing the vaunted stores with a 5-star rating, but it's not much use - the sold-out stores sell bicycles in a "beggarly" configuration for an "average" price. And then I come across "On-Bike". It went like clockwork!!!
I looked at the catalog-chose a model-came to the store-looked live at the future horse-ordered online-paid- received confirmation -a taxi brought my horse and the relevant documents. NO RED TAPE! Quickly! It took only an hour and a half from payment to delivery! The bike arrived fully operational and configured. I bought a Renome, I was pleased with the configuration and, importantly, the presence of a footrest (in other stores they do not come with bicycles, and the price for a normal one is around 60 rubles). The bike has been in merciless operation for exactly a month, the 300 km mark has been passed, the terrain is rough, there have been trips to mud and nature, and there are simply no critical complaints! The first one passed today, it's free. We checked all the nodes, the clarity of the gearshift, etc. Everything is in excellent condition! No questions asked! That passed quickly, the master knows his job. Judging by the number of bicycles in the master's service and by the fact that three bicycles were taken away in 20 minutes of my stay, the service is popular.
In the store, as I understand it, there are two brands of bicycles "RENOME" and "GT" in different models. There were children's ones, but I didn't remember the brand. There is also a selection of bicycle helmets and various bicycle accessories in the store. You can "hang" your horse with flashlights, a mobile phone bag, phone holders, a bicycle computer, etc. without leaving the store.
Directly in the store, they explained to me in an accessible form and without any complicated technical terms on an issue of interest that I do not understand (in particular, about the difference in rear derailleur models).
Express credit helps out a lot for people with not very big earnings, those who cannot afford to pay such a sum for a bike right away.
