The most terrible clinic, I do not advise anyone, you pay for a gynecologist's appointment, they take all sorts of tests, in the end they say that they will not give an appointment, only if you undergo treatment with us, if not, then go again to another clinic to another gynecologist, and even take tests and after 2 weeks they will tell you that there was not enough collection material, bullying!!!! Don't go to this terrible clinic!

The clinic should pay attention to the professionalism of the doctors, I went to Loginov R.M. A terrible doctor.. I went to him with a rectal fistula problem. Initially, I identified some other less complex problems and generally conducted a good treatment for them. After their elimination, I sent them for an MRI scan and diagnosed a fistula from the image. In the process of communication and inspections, the lack of attention to the place of inspection and my complaints often bothered me. After the operation, there was no rehabilitation as such, he said the procedures should be carried out at home. After prolonged rehabilitation for 3-4 months, painful sensations remained at the site of surgery.. To my complaints, the doctor said that this was a normal situation.. I persuaded him to take another MRI scan, which established the presence of a cavity inside. At the reception, the doctor claimed that he had phoned the doctor who performed the MRI, and that they had concluded that the correct diagnosis was a postoperative condition with scarring of the wound. A day later, I went to another proctologist, who quickly established the presence of an extensive fistula after a careful examination.. However, it is no longer connected to the rectum as before the treatment with Loginov. My conclusion is this: the doctor Loginov R.M. did not completely remove the fistula passage, inattentively diagnosing my condition and the course of the fistula canal, focusing only on the first picture and even rather on the conclusion of another doctor, without establishing the correct location of the fistula passage. Although I clearly pointed out to him that 5 years ago I had paropractitis in this place and I had an abscess removed and, as you know, fistulas often form in such places. As a result, after performing the operation, he did not remove the entire fistula canal, but was able to cope with only part of the task. But the saddest thing is that after a repeated complaint, without even conducting palpation, he claimed that everything was fine with me and I needed to go for a repeat appointment in half a year, without seeing or acknowledging the situation.. Whatever the real reason, this doctor does not care about your health. I am glad that I finally went to another doctor and almost finished my rehabilitation.

An extremely incompetent clinic. They rely so much on the service, but even with that, there's a problem. The reception staff cannot even answer basic questions about the internal organization, and doctors, in particular, doschanov dauren, who calls himself a psychotherapist, does not have the knowledge at all that would allow him to have this status. He cannot prescribe medications or conduct CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). He only advises some kind of dummy dietary supplements, communicates on "you", as if it were a girlfriend in the kitchen over a cup of tea. And for this, almost 20,000 tenge more. What's the use? In general, I do not recommend this place. They also blatantly lie, saying that this nedovrach does not work for them. Well, remove it from your site! And in principle, there is a policy here just to take money off the patient by establishing false diagnoses and prescribing useless dietary supplements. In response, they can only shamefully hide behind a unique protocol and international standards. Perhaps this is the uniqueness of your clinic: fuck people 🤡

If you would like to undergo an annual check-up, we can offer you a check-up for 31,000 tenge." Thank you, of course, for saying bluntly that you need my money, but that's not how things are done...

Without even introducing himself, without listening to the reason for contacting the medical center, he immediately began to sign a contract for paid services. I provided him with all the UAC tests, biochemistry, urine analysis, ultrasound of the Prostate gland, kidneys, etc., told him what exactly was bothering me, so that he prescribed treatment and prescribed medications. He didn't even want to look at the test results. Alexey Fadeevich, demanded to undergo an ultrasound of the Prostate gland, kidneys, etc. again, although I had fresh test results, i.e. I recently passed. Naturally, I refused to take tests again and pay for the same services. I copy the words of A.F. Volkov: "This is a commercial organization, or contact the polyclinic at your place of residence." It seemed to me that Alexey Fadeevich had 39 years of experience not in urology, but in pumping and pulling money in order to increase profits not of a medical institution, but of a Financial office. In this case, I have no doubt super copes with this task. People come here hoping to be cured, but here they are interested in getting more money out of patients by any means. He doesn't know how to talk to patients. I think I got the wrong address, I need a medical facility that really treats people, not mutilates them! I had to leave the institution. I was very disappointed with the behavior of A.F. Volkov. I categorically do not recommend contacting this person. A waste of time. My daughter does not have anything beyond natural, so that a psychologist does not help. I understood that the clinic is not client-oriented. A big "minus" of this medical company!!!
