I have ordered equipment from this store since 2018 and recommended it to friends when there were few customers and communication was good and discounts, but now that communication has gained momentum, they do not know how to use a calculator and do not respond to comments, here is an example, I wanted to order headphones and their price is $ 190 and above, a course is written on which you need to count(provided by the store) 3.15 and that's what they tell me "650p with delivery"
, I reread and ask how much the delivery costs and they tell me that 30p, I answer that the amount should be different and the amount decreased by 10p but still the rounding went the other way, the money is not big but still, that's what they say what if you found it cheaper, write to make the price better for you, wound it worked, but now they are sarcastically responding to your messages "thank you for the information" I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO BUY EQUIPMENT HERE
There are other stores with better service and prices
I'll just add that a week before I bought 15 pro max 256gb natural titan from them, and before that there were about 5 more phones, a pair of Apple Watches, listen to this review!

In September 20 (yes, it was the 20th: now, in 24, I came across this "wonderful" store again when buying another phone and was not too lazy to write a review here, because then neither the site (only instagram), nor even on the map it was not) purchased a mobile. The phone is iPhone 11 (128 GB). The store was recommended by friends, the company seems to have been working for about 5 years - there was no doubt.
At first, I liked everything, a polite guy talked, told me everything, explained, the price pleased, ordered - brought on the same day. The box is sealed, everything is confirmed on the official website, they gave as a gift an adapter from an Asian plug to ours, a case and glass (the cheapest, of course; and the glass, as it turned out, was not for this phone at all) - everything is fine, if not for one thing ...
A few days later a defect (marriage) was discovered Cameras: a dark, barely noticeable spot on one of the two cameras.
We called the seller and agreed to drive up and solve the situation on the spot. It all started with the fact that we were told that we need to call up to consult with the service center for this, "this is generally not a 90% warranty case" and the answer will be given only the next day. And it ended up that either we pay 15-20 dollars extra and they change our phone to a new one, or they return the money to us (at that time the dollar exchange rate was jumping and at that price we would not have bought elsewhere and in order to buy elsewhere, we had to pay more anyway), or we give it to an indefinite period (a month and a half, as we were told) in the service. To my question, "what should we pay extra for if you legally have to change it for free?" we were told that we can tell you that we do not have them available...
My wife did not want to deal with this dishonest seller and as a result we paid $ 10 extra for what we should change for free (and this despite the fact that we did not even remove the factory film from this phone).
Here is such a seller that for $ 10 he is ready to lose his reputation and customers. And if they were ready to change the phone for free, as it should be, they would have already bought the 3rd phone from them in the store, even if they could have found it cheaper.
Naturally, I do not recommend it to anyone and strongly advise you to avoid this store.

Заказывала новый телефон. Обслуживание очень понравилось, отвечали на все интересующие меня вопросы. Очень клиентоориентированные ребята. Доставили телефон в другой город на следующий день, всё пришло в целости и сохранности. Также были приятные подарки в виде нового чехла и стекла. Довольна, тем что выбрала именно этот магазин.

Не порядочные ребята!
Не приняли купон на скидку в 20 рублей! Хотя это даже не 1% от суммы. Когда покупаете телефон вам дают гарантийник и вот в нем написано что на след покупку скидка 20 р. Так вот показал я этот купон курьеру, он говорит всё классно, сделал скидку, я им деньги он мне телефон и я ушёл. И о чудо, он перезвонил и сказал что нужно выйти и доплатить 20 рублей. Сначала ссылался что я покупаю по акции и типа скидка не идёт, хотя акции нет и в купоне про это нет ни слова! Потом начал ссылаться что типа вы давно покупали, типа два года прошло, что вы хотите, хотя в купоне про это тоже нет ни слова. Но да ладно, отдал я им 20 рублей. Казалось бы всё, но нет, есть ещё вопросы) чехол дал на Pro версию, а у меня обычный. Я позвонил ему, говорю что надо поменять, он согласился, сказал что закончу с доставками и подвезу. Так со мной закончил бы для начала, но нет. В итоге позвонил я ему три раза, говорит да-да, скоро везу, помню про вас, а в итоге тишина ни курьера ни чехла. Кажется просто обиделись за ситуацию с купоном. И вот не понятно, либо это курьер такой ушлый и просто захотел 20 р себе или это у них в компании так принято, и ему просто сказали что он будет сам доплачивать эту 20-ку и он пошёл на такие меры!
