They didn't give me a basin either. 2) the audibility is terrible, we have to whisper so that they don't hear us in the hallway 3) the faucet in the bathtub is a disaster, you're either in boiling water or in ice water 4) to clean up and change the towels, you need to ask separately 5) it's difficult to find this place the first time In general, it's not bad, but it's expensive considering that there are no basic things like a washing machine. The Thai receptionist doesn't understand anything at all The host is responsive and goes to the meeting in everything. Buy a washing machine and charge 1000 drams per wash and that's it!

Great hotel! Great location, everything is very clean and new. The room has everything you need, as well as a shared small kitchen and all the accessories. But the main advantage is the owner and staff: they are very responsive and always ready to help. They helped us out when we urgently needed to find another hostel at night. I recommend it!

We were asked to cancel the booking at the Booking Office 3 days before arrival, as an error had allegedly occurred and they did not have a room available for us. We didn't risk being homeless in the middle of the night and canceled. We booked the room 35 days before the cancellation, i.e. more than a month has passed. As a result, the number immediately appeared on the Booking, but with a different price of 2 times more. And naturally, similar rooms in the chosen area have already been occupied. Very unpleasant and unreliable.

A completely ill-thought-out number. The room has a large area, but there is nothing for convenience, especially with sockets. The kettle should be boiled on your bedside table. There is a workplace, but no outlets. One small mirror in the bathroom. And in the autumn, the bathroom is very cold. The bed is big, the mattress is comfortable, but the wide, sharp corners of the bed are just terrible! They broke all their legs in the dark, because the lighting next to the bed is also not provided! In general, we tried to make it expensive and stylish, but it turned out terribly not functional and not cozy! 😔 The price and quality do not match the word at all! I do not recommend it!!!

Great hostel. We lived for several days. The receptionist is friendly, always in touch and ready to help. There is water accumulating in the shower, but the cleaners quickly solve this issue. There is an atmospheric balcony where you can have breakfast or dinner. The rooms are good in size, only it was hot, there are no condors, only a fan, which at +37 just drives warm air.
