This used to be such a good restaurant, I honestly don't know what happened overtime the menu is terrible, all the excellent dishes have been removed. The portion is so not worth the price, and the service is terrible. After taking our order they lied and said the kitchen is out of service. Why didn't they tell us that beforehand? And why did two other customers get their order if the kitchen wasn't working? They were so ignorant and impolite and wasted our time for no reason, I would never recommend this place.

3 stars only for the organization, the good work of the administrators and the waiter (sorry, I don't know the names). We ordered a corporate event, the administrator explained everything very competently, helped with the selection.The organization of the event was excellent, a good presenter, great music, good contests, nothing superfluous, the place is very pleasant and atmospheric. The waiter answered questions responsibly, helped to understand the situation - these are the advantages. Now about the cons: at the entrance to the cloakroom, they were greeted with rudeness and the words "you'll look for it yourself later" - this is "too much" for a decent establishment. The food is terrible, I just didn't want to spoil the festive atmosphere for myself and people and find out on the spot. The only good food was sliced fruit. For 30p - 2 types of cheap servelat and ham, a portion of 2 champignons for 20p is something rich, of course (although it was originally agreed that a portion is 4-6 pieces). Cheese sliced with cherished cheese that was bitter, the hot was disgusting, only potatoes were edible, which in principle was difficult to spoil, the meat had to be cut not with a knife, but with a chainsaw, it was impossible to eat. The Caesar salad was delicious, but it, like the potatoes, is also hard to spoil.
In general, the establishment is very pleasant, everything is beautiful and cultured (except for some moments), but the cuisine is, if the bar is set at a higher level, then everything should correspond.

When accepting the order, they did not tell about the menu, they did not advise anything, they forgot to bring the tar-tar (although they repeated this twice)

We went here with a company of 4 people for a gastrofest. The place is not bad, but it's cozy there, a nice veranda, but I noticed a lot of things for myself:
1. No one met at the entrance, you had to go yourself and look for at least one of the staff.
2. The waiter did not say hello, the menu just flew in two visitors, and was not put neatly to the visitor (it seemed that it was roughly thrown at you, and with a characteristic sound of slamming on the table).
4. The menu does not contain all the items that are available in the institution. As it turned out, juices are already available when ordering. Moreover, we could not really explain the difference between juice and lemonade
Dishes are served on an empty table (in all establishments, at least paper place mats (serving napkins) are placed on the table under the plates).
5. The appliances were taken out later than the dishes, i.e. the visitor, who had already brought food, could not even begin to taste it, because there was nothing.
6. They did not ask if it was possible to take out the next dish, but simply took it and brought it. There is nowhere to put the plates, we physically did not have time to eat the first course, but they are already carrying the 2nd and 3rd. Moreover, at the phrase "please bring the dish a little later", the waiter with a languid sigh defiantly turned around and took OUR dish to another table ...
7. Plates with new dishes were taken out before the dirty ones were removed from the table. That is, there is simply nowhere to put the dishes again.
8. One of the dishes of the set was personally taken out to me much later than the rest of the people sitting at the table. Moreover, the difference in the volume of the portion (shepherd's pie) was enormous - in 3 plates the volume of minced meat was about 5 cm, on top of a layer of potatoes and cheese. In my portion, the meat was not visible from the word at all, i.e. the dish was much smaller and the view was, to put it mildly, not very good. When asked what the reason for this difference was, the answer was that it was from a different baking sheet and was prepared by another cook. Well, I'm sorry, the dishes should be the same, regardless of who cooks it. At least by weight.
9. The dessert was served only after we asked for it.

Apparently, they came in at the wrong time: there was some kind of corporate event, because of which the kitchen flatly refused to perform at least some of the food, but after much persuasion, it still gave out cheese slices. It's strange that when we checked the availability of seats by phone, no one warned us about it. As a result, the cheese was cut quite professionally, but the honey was too candied. But the beer from the bottle was poured just perfectly, there are no complaints! According to my wife, the hookah is good, and so is the alcoholic cocktail. Gastrofest in "One million "
We have previously booked a table in the hall for the evening. When we arrived, it turned out that the table was not ordered in our name. They finally sat us down on the veranda and told us that our set would be ready in 40 minutes. We waited 2 hours. The soup was cold. The drinks arrived an hour later, although they should be served immediately. Other dishes were served faster when they asked for a complaint book. The dishes were delicious, we have no complaints about the chefs.
But we will not go to this institution anymore!

The staff was 7/10, the waitress was very nice, but she managed to short-count the bill. I'm not sorry, but the feeling is hyper unpleasant!
The bar is 8/10, the cocktails are super, but in general a bar has opened next to this institution, it is tastier, more alcoholic, cheaper :)

There were few people, the audience was adequate, the majority of people were in the next room (karaoke + disco). We decided to celebrate a birthday in this restaurant.
When it came time to choose the hot stuff, it turned out that there were only 3 items from the entire menu. The time was not discussed when to bring the hot stuff. As a result, there were 10 of us, and only one guest was brought hot from the whole table, half an hour later the other guests did not receive hot.
One guest's salad was without shrimp, it was taken away and instead of at least pretending that the dish was redone, they just threw the required amount on top and returned the salad.
The grilled vegetables were simply breaded and fried in oil.
The musician was promised at 9, but he was also not there by the time.
The room is hot and the air conditioner is not working. (Summer)
Often, after any request, they simply forgot about us. Drinks (wine) are not chilled, after the plates are taken away, you have to ask for appliances because they are brought in the wrong amount.
One hot one was refused because of the filing, as a result, it was still included in the receipt. (It is clear that the issue of the bill was raised again)
Plus, the receipt did not indicate that there was an advance payment, and the payment was made in full and only the next day the issue of cost was resolved. Independently, the administration did not deign to remind that the extra money was left in the restaurant.
At the end of the evening, the waiter did not remind him that there was a cake, he had to remind himself about it, since there was already an hour left before closing.
The next table was not cleaned for 3 hours after the guests left.

The cuisine is mediocre, ordinary salads are priced above average, even they are cooked for a long time.the staff leaves much to be desired, the waiters need to be caught, if you want to order something-it's not enough to raise your hand or meet your eyes, you need to get up yourself and come up and ask. The cocktail situation is very interesting…When ordering two cocktails of different volumes, you will be brought two identical glasses, more than half filled with ice, well, the rest is already some kind of alleged alcohol, as it seemed to us-of dubious quality ... The bottles are branded-beautiful, but what we mixed is unknown, as a result- after 2 cocktails at all a small amount, the next day everyone had a headache (they didn't drink any other alcohol anymore).A very strange coincidence…We cannot specifically convict of anything, but after high-quality alcohol, and in such a negligible amount, such a principle is impossible.

We came to the restaurant, the load was minimal. There were three waiters on shift and a receptionist who was sipping coffee at the bar, and no one cared about the customers. When the waiter was miraculously caught, he said that the salads would be ready within 20 minutes, and the second ones would have to wait at least an hour. In fact, the salad was brought 30 minutes later and then, after a reminder. Apparently, if they had ordered the second one, they would have waited a couple of hours, no less. As a result, we ordered a salad, and in the plate there was a mountain of leaves, a couple of dried tomatoes, a few crackers and, for some reason, a poached egg. Apparently, few people are familiar with the recipe of Caesar in this cafe either. When I wanted to complete my acquaintance with this institution as soon as possible, then here is a surprise (no) - they just had a broken printer for printing checks. And the bill was just announced to us!
The interior is promising, but in fact the service and kitchen (which in my opinion is the most important thing) are simply disgusting. We are disappointed. I do not recommend the institution to visit.

The place does not stand out in any way, pleasant in its interior, except for the absence of one window between the halls.
The waiting time is 35-40 minutes on a weekday, when there are practically no people in the institution.
We ordered spaghetti with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, tuna and pistachios, hodgepodge and Juicy Chopped steak. Solyanka is very concentrated and sour, you can eat it, but heartburn occurs instantly, of course everyone's stomachs are different, but it was hard for me and my young man to eat it. Spaghetti and tuna are very salty, it is impossible to eat at all. I will hope and justify the cook by saying that he fell head over heels in love. I didn't see any dried tomatoes in my dish at all. As for the Juicy Chopped Steak, it turned out to be a cutlet! Which smelled like bread, was tough and not juicy at all. Thanks for one delicious potato that was cut in half, it was not salted and we were happy.
I won't set foot in this place naked anymore. They spent 50 rubles, rather they just threw it to the wind! We couldn't eat a single dish.
